The house was very clean had everything we needed to get by for a week the kitchen was very big and well put together. About a 10 min bike ride to town 15 to the park from the play ground and close to the river. Overall no problems with the house would book it again for next year.

We loved this property. It was especially great as the bedrooms were very large so it was perfect for having the baby’s crib in it. The outside back yard was totally fenced in and was quite large. It was a perfect place for the kids to play in. Lots of parking and it had a great kitchen that was well stocked. The single level was also another plus especially with young kids. We hope to plan another trip to this terrific house.

The property was very nice. The only suggestions we could make is replacing the big tub in the one room with a shower. The WiFi wasn’t very good. Other than that great house and we would stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub was a big hit! The supply of bicycles was very helpful for our family and we used them almost every day. The property could use a few updates, especially the bathrooms which are outdated. There was a leaky shower in the hall bathroom which had to be fixed during our stay and the master only has a tub and no shower. Otherwise, the deck is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this lovely and well-appointed property. The back deck was amazing and shaded in the evenings. The bed in the master was firmer than my taste, but other than that everything was great; the property manager was responsive when we contacted them with a couple of requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location- Very Cozy

We loved the vibe of the house, the bedrooms were all beautiful with tall ceilings and great beds. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and being able to see the hot tub and back deck, especially if you have kiddos. Loved the fireplace! House is in a cul de sac which is was also great for when the kids wanted to go outside. Would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. With the house being located at the south end of the resort it was nice and quiet. It also has a fun retro vibe. We loved the privacy of the large deck and hot tub. Our only complaint would be the loud noises the house it’s self made. There was good communication from the property management making sure we had what we needed after we arrived.

hank you for staying with us. I'm so glad to hear you had a great, relaxing stay and that the house provided everything you needed! We love that you appreciated the quiet location at the south end of the resort and the fun retro vibe of the property. It's wonderful that you enjoyed the privacy of the large deck and hot tub. I also appreciate you noting the good communication from the property management team—that's always a top priority for us. We sincerely apologize for the loud noises the house itself made. This could be related to temperature fluctuations or settling, and we will have maintenance investigate. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to host your next quiet getaway soon! -Greg, Arrived

Mostly quiet Sunriver enclave

Nice house and great location for Sunriver. Close enough to town to be bikeable, but not too close to be highly trafficked. Loud neighbors throwing a party on our last night, but great other than that.

Everything we were looking for.

The location was very quiet and convenient for our ski trip to Bachelor. The home was very well appointed with labels on all of the drawers and cabinets which made it easy to find things and return them to their proper places. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room for our group. Our hosts were easily available by phone to answer any questions.

My husband and I took our adult children to revisit childhood memories biking, hiking, and floating the river. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. It's hard to trust photos, but this house is just as stunning in real life. There is so much storage and room for everything and everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped for even the most serious of chefs. We saved money and made our own meals, enjoying them on the large beautiful deck. The bikes and SHARC passes were an added bonus!

5 Star

A perfect home for our getaway (family of 6). Exceptionally clean, comfortable bedding and linens! The kitchen had a lot of spices and was well stocked. The cookware was a great quality brand, but definitely could be replaced (Teflon was starting to come off the bottom of the pans into our food). The house has AC too which is nice for hotter days. The hot tub was very well maintained and super clean as well. The bikes were in good condition and we super enjoyed the SHARC passes. Thank you!

We had a great stay!! House looked exactly like the listing. Communication with host was super easy. We had an issue with the microwave and they responded right away and solved the problem within hours. The only thing was that our room held heat a little too well. Only noticed this because we had a 2 month old baby and it was a little warm for him. Not an issue, just something to be aware of if you’re staying here with a baby who doesn’t regulate temp well. Overall LOVED the house. Would recommend it to others with a small family or group.

We're also happy that we were able to respond right away and solve the microwave issue within hours. We appreciate you bringing the heat in your room to our attention, especially with your two-month-old.
