Garden Cottage 10 - Repos et dĂ©tente ... Vous vous sentirez reposĂ© et renouvelĂ© dĂšs votre arrivĂ©e dans ce chalet. Vous entrez dans la maison Ă  travers une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils en acier inoxydable, d'une machine Ă  cafĂ© Keurig, d'une gaufre, d'un pot de croĂ»te, d'un mĂ©langeur et d'une grande quantitĂ© de comptoirs. Dans l'attente d'un repas Ă  la maison? Ce chalet a un dessus de bar surdimensionnĂ©, qui a quatre places, et une grande table Ă  manger, qui a Ă©galement quatre places. Le salon, dotĂ© d'une cheminĂ©e, donne sur le porche dotĂ© de moustiquaires avec un coin repas et un gril extĂ©rieur pour griller vos favoris. Cette suite principale est au niveau principal, avec une douche surdimensionnĂ©e et une penderie Ă  linge. À la base des escaliers, vous trouverez la poudriĂšre, ainsi que le placard Ă  linge avec une laveuse et un sĂ©cheuse empilĂ©es. Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, vous trouverez deux chambres Ă  coucher; une avec des lits superposĂ©s pour les enfants et une avec un lit queen pour les adultes. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bains privative Ă©quipĂ©e d'un sĂšche-cheveux. Ces deux chambres ont accĂšs au balcon meublĂ© avec vue sur la mer, idĂ©al pour profiter du beau temps. Ce cottage comprend 3 vĂ©los adultes et des chaises de plage, ainsi que l'accĂšs Ă  un lit pour bĂ©bĂ©.

Il y a toujours un accĂšs Ă  la plage Ă  marĂ©e haute, cĂŽtĂ© terre du revĂȘtement de roche. Nous vous recommandons Driftwood Beach, situĂ© au nord de The Cottages ou Ă  seulement quelques minutes au sud en voiture de la rĂ©gion du parc Great Dunes.

Spectacular Accommodations

The house was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms (and everything else) were sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Couldn’t ask for better accommodations or a more helpful host!

The property was clean, beautiful, well decorated, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only hitch was the address and the property designation in communications did not match. We got help from a property owner finding the correct unit. All smooth sailing from then on.

Large luxe interior/ nice clubhouse

The place is very beautiful, we had a super nice week there and enjoyed the very fancy furnishings. No problems at all except for the check-in was kind of frustrating because they had not set the key code like they promised. But after a half hour of multiple phone calls we were finally able to get in to the property and from there on it was a beautiful visit.The clubhouse pool and gym are very nice. The property is on a very nice bicycle trail too.

Perfect!

The Cottages at Jekyll Island is the perfect vacation for families. My dad, husband and 3 children stayed for the week and had a fabulous time. The pool and beach were wonderful and relaxing. The unit is immaculate with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend the stay!

Great Family Location!

We spent a week at this property with our grandkids and had a blast! The cottage was immaculate and the photos in the listing were spot on. The community pool was a very short walk - even for the three year old - from the property. The pool was outstanding and gave us a convenient place for the kids to burn off excess energy. Would definitely rent this cottage again!

Comfortable and so peaceful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable, well-maintained townhouse. Only a few steps from walkway to the ocean. Property very clean on arrival. Master bedroom on first floor. Bed is comfortable. Upstairs, cooling system is noisy when kicks in. Cooling system has both cooling annd humidity controls. Very nice. Upstairs porch has a lovely secret. :). Only negatives are minor: hot water takes forever to get hot as it is tankless. Not enough silverware and pans need to be replaced. This may just be because it is the end of the season. Will definitely stay again. We love this condo.

Beautiful house!

House was beautiful and well stocked! Gave 4 stars because the beach access goes away during high tide which happened to be 12-5pm during our stay. The pool area is very nice though! House has a natural gas proprane grill that we loved using!

We love Jekyll!

We enjoyed the house and the pool and short walk to beach. Loved sitting on screened in porches and listening to ocean. More parking at the house would have been nice as we had three cars and a redbug. Mystery puzzle we found in clubhouse was great! Ran into friends from home. Great stay!

Very accommodating!

We loved our stay here in this townhome! It’s very clean and inviting, but also had all the things you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked including storage containers, plenty of seating to sleeping ratio, and the porches are just wonderful with inviting seating on both. We were there with an infant and a toddler so we even found step stools around the house that were so helpful! The location is not walkable to a “day at the beach” due to the jettys and tide but the public beach was just a 4 minute drive complete with showers and bathrooms. But you can see the beach from the upper porch and it provides a nice walk down the beach! We barely used the pool due to weather but it was a great little spot with a small wading area too- perfect for little ones. Great stay!!

Perfect for our visit

The property was clean and came as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and it was super nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There wasn't a lot of description about what was available relative to the beach and pool. There were no additional towels, which would have been good to know before we got there. We did bring beach towels - but didn't want to bring that sand to the pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find umbrellas, chairs and matts that we could use on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked compared to most B&B that we stayed in. We had no problems cooking, and the fridge was nice. The only minor suggestion would be to look at the pots and pans. Most of the non-stick were scratched up pretty well, and you aren't supposed to use non-stick pans that are scratched. There was a skillet - so we used that exclusively. Honestly the property exceeded expectations.

We enjoyed our stay and the cottage was quite nice. There were a few items that I thought everyone might want to be aware of. We did have to clean the freezer upon our arrival as there was some sort of red cherry or strawberry smeared inside. On the upstairs bunk beds, we had to remove several prices of chewed gum that had been stuck to the bed rails. The dishwasher is not fastened to the countertop and tips out when you open the door. The back glass door was smeared with a lot of smudges and looked like it had not been cleaned. The disposal did not work upon arrival, but I pressed the reset button on the motor and it seemed to work fine after that. I did attempt to contact Allison the day we arrived about these issues, but was unable to get them to answer the phone.

The kitchen was well equipped with cutting boards knives, baking dishes pots and pans. The only thing lacking was a colander. Everything was very clean when we arrived, all very modern and in good shape, beds were comfortable baths beautiful couch comfy and smart tvs. Wi fi very good.

A home away from home

This place was amazing. The home was beautiful and cozy. Our entire family enjoyed it. We loved the clubhouse and pool. We loved the privacy of the island. Even the neighbors we met at the pool were incredibly friendly. The only thing I would suggest is sharpening the knives in the kitchen. We will definitely keep this as an option in the future. Thank you so much for such an amazing relaxing week.

Quiet Stay

This cottage was very clean and spacious. Loved the outdoor spaces at this property. Sadly there is no ocean view and the beach access for the community is closed, making it feel farther away from ocean and more like a land side accommodation. Also, checkout time is super early at 10. Overall a good stay but will probably not rent again.

Beautiful condo

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the condo very much and would stay again. It is a beautiful space and is beautifully furnished. We were disappointed that the bicycles were not in good working order. On two of the bikes, the handlebars were loose. The other bike seat was too high. If tools were available the problems could have easily been fixed. Also, it was very difficult to get information about how to get into the property. We had to call several different numbers to get access. HomeAway was very responsive but the local contact was not.
