SituĂ© prĂšs du mont. Rushmore, prĂšs de Custer State Park et Ă  seulement 6,4 km de Hill City. Le Spring Cabin est l'un de nos magnifiques chalets en bois rond au Double Diamond Ranch. Notre cabine de printemps a une chambre avec un roi, deux avec des reines, et puis il y a deux chaises surdimensionnĂ©es qui se transforment en lits jumeaux dans le loft. Il y a une terrasse couverte, un bain Ă  remous privĂ©, une cheminĂ©e, un gril Ă  gaz, 2 tĂ©lĂ©visions par satellite, des meubles en cuir, la climatisation, une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse, le wifi et des vues Ă  couper le souffle et privĂ©s. La maison en bois rond est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec une belle cuisine et un salon. Ruisseau traversant la propriĂ©tĂ© Double Diamond Ranch. PĂȘcher, se dĂ©tendre, faire de la randonnĂ©e et profiter des bĂ©bĂ©s poulains. Moins de 10 miles au mont. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial et autres attractions touristiques. Ouvert toute l'annĂ©e. Le Spring Cabin accepte les animaux de compagnie pour certains chiens. P, n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  nous en informer Ă  l'avance pour obtenir l'approbation de votre chien. Les chats ne sont pas autorisĂ©s. Nous avons Ă©galement des frais de nettoyage pour animaux de compagnie de 50 $ par chien. Nous demandons Ă©galement que les chiens soient gardĂ©s au niveau infĂ©rieur de la cabine. Nous fournissons une barriĂšre pour bĂ©bĂ© pour empĂȘcher les chiens d'entrer dans les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage.

Amazing cabin getaway

Stayed 4 nights with some school friends while visiting the area attractions. Fantastic location and amenities! The cabin offers everything you could need and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub felt incredible after a long day hiking. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Amazing

The cabin was fantastic! Very clean, well stocked, great location and easy access. Especially enjoyed the patio and propane fireplace. Sat out there every evening to relax after site seeing all day. Would definitely stay again.

We had six adults stay in the Premier Cabin and it was a wonderful experience. Lee Ann was great to communicate with and very responsive—when we ran low on propane, she had a new tank hooked up and ready before we even returned from our afternoon activities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, hot tub, and fire pit area every evening. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms upstairs even have their own private balconies to enjoy coffee in the morning.The location is excellent, making it easy to access Hill City, Keystone, Custer, Pactola Reservoir, Sheridan Lake, the Spearfish Scenic Byway, Mt. Rushmore, and more. While the cabin and surrounding area are beautiful, be aware that the patio overlooks US-16 in the distance, so you may hear some traffic and UTV noise. If you’re not looking for a remote cabin, this is an ideal place to stay!

Wonderful home base

Very nice cabin to come home to every evening after exploring everything to do in the area. Comfortable beds, relaxing hot tub, and clean!! Only negative was our fault - we booked during Sturgis Bike Rally week which meant it wasn’t very quiet - but not the cabins fault - just bad timing on our part!

Buffalo Roundup w/e with family

We traveled from Wisconsin and met our son and daughter and their families that came from Colorado. The Spring Cabin was perfect. Property was spacious,clean, and great location. Enjoyed the Buffalo Roundup, Mount Rushmore, and great variety for dining. Leanne was an excellent host.

Perfect!

Aspen Suite was spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It was the best place we stayed during our South Dakota vacation! The suite was immaculately clean. The couch and beds were very comfortable. Host were very friendly and helpful. We were able to see bighorn sheep, deer, horses & mountain stream all from the hot tub! Would recommend to anyone visiting the black hills.

Family Trip

Check in was fast. Lee Ann met us at the cabin to give me a quick tour and go over the rules. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Did have to buy some dish soap and items to wipe the counters but not a biggie. The hot tub was great, the size of the cabin was a good size for my family. We did stay in at night so maybe a little bigger tv would of been nice. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful cabin, great location

We stayed in the DD cabin. It definitely lived up to our expectations. The decorating is beautiful, the photos are very accurate. The hot tub at the cabin was extremely clean and easy to use. Check in and out was seamless and we didn't need a thing. I would recommend this for families and large groups, there are two bedrooms with queen beds and the loft has three beds (I think one queen and two doubles). The loft is great and has lots of windows, kids really liked sleeping up there. The location is fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see but still quiet at night. There are other cabins nearby, so you're not isolated, but there is plenty of space to feel you have privacy.

We’ll be back!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Lee Ann is the perfect hostess-available but not hovering. We had three adults and three children in the spring cabin for a week and it suited our needs perfectly. Everyone had their own space to relax and get some alone time, but the social gathering spaces were big enough for everyone to spend quality time together. We have rented homes for vacations elsewhere a number of times before, but we have never had such a well-stocked kitchen. Crockpots, electric skillets, baking sheets, etc.-everything we needed to make dinner every night was there. We couldn’t have asked for a better location of the cabin either. We were close to all of our excursions while feeling like we were away from it all. Hope to see you again sometime soon, Lee Ann!

Comfortable & Relaxing

We came to South Dakota for a quick getaway and to see sights we’ve never seen before. This property is located in a perfect location where you are close enough to the main attractions but not right in the middle of town. It was about a 15 minute drive to anywhere, mind you we were here in the off-season so no traffic!! This also meant not everything was open, but everything we wanted to do was open. The scenery is beautiful! The house was super comfortable and relaxing! Each morning we woke up in comfortable beds, cooked breakfast and then made our way out for an adventure. After a day of sight seeing and shopping we came back to the house, had a soak in the hot tub, showered and most nights we cooked dinner at the house too. We were a family of 5 and never ran out of hot water! Also worth noting, it was still cool weather when we visited and the house was a very comfortable temperature and easy to regulate. We would definitely come back and rent this property again!!

We love meeting the guests from all around the world that stay with us. We are both South Dakota natives although we lived in other states with Rich's career. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with our property in 1998 when we decided we would be moving back to the Black Hills. The two creeks, views and wildlife were big factors and being close to the lakes, Hill City, Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park were big influences on us too. We also love the weather in the Central Hills. We don't get the heavy snowfall that the northern Hills experiences.

Our ranch is a beautiful destination that our guests adore. The views are spectacular and of course our horses that are romping around in the pasture are an added bonus. Every year we have a couple new baby foals and guests especially love watching those babies! The two creeks feed into Sheridan Lake which is just 1 mile from our ranch. There is great fishing at the lake and a great swimming beach. The two creeks offer very good fishing too. We also have lots of space for taking hikes/walks and visiting the horses.
