Delf Stream Flat - Close to town with lovely sunny terrace

Delf Stream is a ground floor flat set in the heart of the medieval town of Sandwich.
The accommodation is perfect for couples or families. It comes with off street parking. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one twin bedroom both fitted with top quality linen. The flat has a sunny courtyard and is tastefully furnished using high quality fittings, to complement the beachy themes.

Delf Stream is only a few steps from an excellent array of delicious restaurants, coffee shops, delis, upmarket and quirky boutiques. There are beautiful churches to visit, don't forget to climb the tower and variety of country river walks. Also close by are two world class championship golf courses All these things combine to make up beautiful Sandwich.


This was originally our late mother’s apartment for approx 30 wonderful years. We’ve carefully renovated it with care and attention that we know she would want. We have provided everything you could possibly want and we hope more! Welcome!

For me, this property and Sandwich is a little oasis. Away from the hustle and bustle of today’s modern living, Sandwich has something special that I hope you will also find here too.

Great location

Ideally located to explore the town and the region

Golf trip to Sandwich

We needed a base for a golfing break to Sandwich. The apartment was perfect.It had everything we could want and was immaculate.Two bathrooms, kitchen and nice living room with all mod cons. It is very central for Sandwich which is a beautiful place and you are walking distance for various pubs and restaurants. Can't praise apartment enough and the directions and practicalities were all dealt with by the owner who was very responsive and helpful.5*😁

Tranquil village stay

Lovely cottage tucked away but close and easy access to the village pubs and shops. We enjoyed walking the Delf , watching cricket, archery and being along the river . We had everything we needed and the rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Great apartment and perfectly situated for all of Sandwich amenities all in walking distance. Parking practically outside the door which was a bonus. Nicely decorated and good furnishings.
