Appartement au rez-de-chaussée classé Grade 2 avec une touche chic et moderne pour intégrer la vie en mer. Restaurant, magasins et bars littéralement à quelques secondes. 20 minutes en voiture des autoroutes M20 et M2. À 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Deal et à proximité du parcours de golf du port Cinque et du port de Douvres. Désolé, pas d'animaux.

Deal est une ville balnéaire populaire et à la mode sur la côte du Kent qui reste en grande partie intacte avec un rivage attrayant et une "vieille ville" historique centrée sur Middle Street et Beach Street. L'appartement (59 Beach St) est situé dans une position centrale sur Beach Street au coeur du Deal historique. Il surplombe la mer et la jetée, à quelques mètres de la plage

Fantastic Location And Perfect Host

This was only a short getaway however Deb our hostess was great, the apartment was clean, comfortable, well organized with essential items left for use and communication great. The location couldn’t have been any better with parking within a few steps, the town centre only a stone’s throw away and great pubs and eateries mere second’s walk. Oh, and our pooch Bertie loved it too. Would 100% recommend…

Fabulous

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely quaint Seaside apartment, right opposite the beach and central to absolutely everything. Deal is an unspoilt seaside town that has everything but is not touristy. The property had everything you need and a lovely little courtyard, the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept on Thank you Debbie for a lovey break - we will be back

Breathtaking apartment

From initial enquiry through checking in and sadly checking out again the process could not have been more efficient. Debbie kindly changed our dates at very short notice and no extra charge when our personal circumstances changed meaning we couldn’t travel on the original date. The apartment is spotless, beautiful and artfully decorated, and contains everything you will need for your stay. The location cannot be beaten, the view is breathtaking. Thank you. A very genorous host.

A great place to stay in Deal Kent

The property was centrally located opposite the beach and within a few minutes of shops, bars, restaurants and the train station. The property matched our expectations. We enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to coming back. We have already booked to come back in October

The Perfect English Seaside Apt.

We fell in love with Deal, Debbie Harvey and all of the people we met in our almost 2 weeks there. This flat worked great for my wife and I. While a folding bed was available it would be hard to provide a private space for another adult or kids. Beach St is the road the runs along the beach. As such people are walking and driving by front room window, but you would never know it the ground floor apartment was very quiet. The view of the English Channel as great as well. The bedroom is in the middle of the flat off a connecting hallway and we never heard anything. The kitchen as the needed equipment with more cooking tools then we have found elsewhere. It also has a wall of windows that overlook the lovely but simple garden. Everything you need is just a very short walk away. The two grocery chain stores are 5-10 minute a walk with the train station just beyond the Sainbury's. High St. which is just across the parking lot from the flat has green grocers, bake shops, banks, etc. If you do not want to use a car this is the place. The remember this is a small village so beyond the restaurants and pubs High St. closes by 17:00 or 5 pm. The train gets you up and down the coast to the other seaside villages and farther, running almost every hour or more on business days. Walking and biking paths also run along the beach for as far as the eye can see.

Lovely seafront apartment.

This was our second stay in this apartment and hopefully not our last. The view from the comfortable lounge overlooks the seafront and pier. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower is very good too. Another plus for us is the fact that the town centre is only a few steps away.

Perfekt für den Ort Deal

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Lage. Einzig das kostenlose Parken ist etwas weiter weg. Aber jederzeit wieder. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich gut aufhalten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage!

Die Wohnung ist groß, dank des weißen Dielen-Fußbodens hell und hübsch eingerichtet. Die doppelten Fenster machen die Wohnung ruhig, obwohl sie an der Straße liegt.Die Lage ist super, vom Wohnzimmerfenster sieht man den Strand und das Pier und man ist in ca. 30 Metern auf der High Street! Der einzige kleine "Nachteil": Sie ist parterre und man kann von außen ins Wohnzimmer kucken. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört.

Well equipped, freshly furnished flat in a central yet quiet area of Deal

This freshly furnished flat is right in the heart of Deal, bordering on the Old Town, overlooking the beach yet just across the carpark from the main shopping area. It comes with a very well equipped kitchen and a washing machine for a longer stay. One of its best features is a wifi system that works perfectly. It provided a perfect base for a most enjoyable stay in Deal. The only very minor complaint was the stiffness of the outside door, especially if damp, it took a hefty push to open.

Its a great property with an amazing view of the sea from the living room. The bed is the comfiest ever and the bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. Its our second stay and we had a great time.

Lovely apartment in great location!

I would highly recommend this property for couples who plan to visit Deal. The apartment is decorated perfectly and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Situation in the middle of Deal right on the seafront, it provided amazing views of the coast and was perfect for exploring the town of Deal with everything situated within walking distance. Only thing that prevents this property being 5 star is the parking situation. There is a car park directly behind which is perfect for parking overnight as charges only apply between 9am-5pm. During the daytime parking here costs £1.10 an hour (at the time of writing this). To park your car for free you have to park your car half a mile/mile away. However ,don't let this put you of this property as we had a great stay here. We would definitely stay here again! I hope this review is helpful to those looking at this property.
