Welcome to your newly renovated bright walk up Too floor retreat. Two balconies with stunning ocean views of Grace Bay Beach, Smith Reef beach & Turtle Cove Marina. Central location to all tourists attractions. 5-10 minutes drive to groceries, beaches , airport, restaurants and Grace Bay area. Free parking and a gym on the premises.
Fast speed and own wifi. Centrally quiet neighborhood located on the hill of Turtle Cove overlooking the fabulous Turtle Cove Marina, Smith Reef Beach and Grace Bay Beach.

(Pool is closed and under renovation from August 15-September 30, 2026)

The Bedroom:
Drift off to sleep on our soft and comfortable Queen mattress with fresh, crisp linens and ample closet space. You have access from the bedroom and living room for convenience. There is a built in convenient washer and dryer that you can use during your stay.

The Living Area: Pull Out Queen Bed
Enjoy and Unwind on our cozy sofa and enjoy your favorite shows. Fast, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. A built in large closet for extra storage.

The Kitchen:
Prep a quick meal in our fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. To start your morning, we have kettle and coffee maker to make your tea and coffee. Blender, toaster, pots, cooking utensils, mugs, drinking glasses, plates, utensils and knives are available.

The Bathroom:
Refresh in our modern bathroom stocked with towels and complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Beach Gears:
Convenient trip to the beach comes with our portable beach chairs/camp chairs, beach towels, beach mat, snorkeling gear and cooler available inside the unit.

The large, very comfortable apartment is in a great location within walking distance of the beach, snorkeling, and several fun restaurants. The well-equipped kitchen, great balcony with beautiful views, and pool make for a great vacation rental.

the condo was perfect, very spacious, clean and easy checkin, loved the pools and view from both balconies. really appreciated the little things like shampoo, extra towels, beach chairs, coffee and kitchen equipment. easy wifi. will definitely stay again next time.

We had a wonderful experience. We rented a car from TCI because we like to visit different beaches. (Taylor Bay, Grace Bay, Turtle Tail, Jacks Cooper, Leeward, etc). The view from the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast on the deck every morning. The owner provided two camping chairs, and a small cooler that we packed our lunch in each day. The condo kitchen is well appointed so we cooked in a couple of nights and went to the local fish fry Thursday night. We also ate at the Pork Shack, Mango Reef at the turtle cove marina, and Rickie’s FLamingo Bar for beautiful sunset. The condo is in a great location if you plan to rent a car which we recommend. The pool is beautiful and clean but we went to a beach everyday. We would definitely stay at this complex again and in this unit.

Relaxing near Smiths Reef

We had a one week get away from the cold and snow. Our goal was to snorkel and be in the water as much as possible. This was the perfect location! The unit had everting we needed. It was clean, quiet and friendly. We used the pool a few times also - big and clean. The courtyard/pool area wa beautiful.

Great location and attentive host

I highly recommend this property. Overall everything was good and within expectations as gathered from the property listing details. The only reason why I have 4 instead of 5 is because the sofa bed was very rough and uncomfortable. We ended up using the sofa itself. Great location and a good property, I recommend it.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at this VRBO. The pictures don’t do it justice. We sat on the front balcony in the mornings to watch the sun rise and the poolside balcony in the evenings to watch the sunset. Grocery store and restaurants are nearby but not walking distance. The neighborhood is not necessarily walkable which is unfortunate because we like to take walks. The only cons were the mattress and fans. Mattress was soft and we prefer firm. The ceiling fans were nice but you couldn’t adjust the speed. Being a woman in my mid 50s, I need a medium speed fan all the time. If ever we’re on TCI we will rent this place again.

Relaxing vacation place

The apartment had everything we needed. We spent most of our time, when we weren't out exploring, on the deck. A beautiful view of the Bay, the marina and the pool. A quiet community: no loud parties or traffic. Well supplied with everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, beach. The owner quickly responded to questions. I recommend it.

Nice location near restaurants

The owner was prompt in answering questions. This location is a short walk to turtle cove marina and a shirt 10min drive from grace bay and all the shops. Property was clean. The only thing I would say is that it is located on the 3rd floor with no elevators. The steps are hard and slippery when wet. I wouldnt advise that a senior citizen or disabled person rent. If you have a lot of bags, you WILL get tired bringing them up the flights of stairs.

Truly Paradise

The property was lovely! The views from the front & back were amazing and never failed to impress. The bed was comfy & the bath perfectly amenable with plenty of space. The landscaping is stunning & the pool was nice and well maintained - we had no problem parking our rental car the entire trip. The location was great we thought as it was a few minutes from the busy tourist area of Grace Bay but not too far at all. We enjoyed the marina & Mango Reef restaurant which is walkable. The host was very communicative & gave clear instructions that were easy to follow & made everything simple! No problems, no issues or concerns - Just an amazing island, a beautiful place to stay with a great host, and a wonderful trip beginning to end. We’ll be back!

The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was just a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants, making the location very convenient. The condo complex was quiet, well-kept, and situated in a great area. My wife and I always felt safe and comfortable, even when walking around after dark.We rented a car at the airport, which I would recommend. Taxi fares could become expensive, especially if you don't plan to eat out every night and need to pick up groceries. We found the grocery store in Grace Bay to have a better selection and more options than others in the area.The check-in and check-out process was simple, smooth, and hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
