Family wedding get away

We had a wonderful stay at Dave's place. The pool was a particular favorite for all of us. The location was good, allowing us to get to Louse Point beaches & East Hampton easily.

love it here!

this “surf shack in the back” is so cute and the perfect stay for a large group. it’s probably the most well-stocked home i’ve ever stayed in, the location is so convenient, and the hosts are really easy to communicate with. highly recommend!

Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday , quiet, private and only a short distance to local attractions. Being able to mix up home made meals, grills and nearby restaurants and cafes makes it ideal. Easy to access by both road and rail. We stayed for 6 nights and were blessed with great weather. Pool was a great place to lounge around with a book and a few drinks. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a place to escape to with guaranteed privacy. The local wildlife were an added bonus!

Springs Hidden Gem

Quiet secluded property located a short walk to Louse Beach. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. We loved spending time in the backyard pool and patio. David, the owner, is always available to provide suggestions for dining and activities. Our family had a great week together.

Such a great week celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. 3 generations under one roof for the first time. Barely left the property, pool was great for the family. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a large group!

We had a weekend girls trip and it was absolutely perfect. Large kitchen and dining area, all of the bedrooms are spread out so you never feel that you’re on top of each other. David responded quickly when we had any questions for him. Already hoping to plan another trip with our husbands and children!!

This house with a great swimming pool is spacious, spotless, family friendly, and private!

We spent a wonderful week at this property. Our party (6 adults and 6 kids) had plenty of space. The kitchen fit us all comfortably. The pool was awesome- the kids loved the diving rock! One of the amazing things about this property is the location. Sag harbor, East Hampton, Sagg Main beach, and Montauk are less than 20 mins away. Amagansett is 5 mins away- check out Mikes Fish Market as the seafood was delicious. The host was quick to respond regarding any questions. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Hamptons Getaway!

Our family has just finished our annual summer reunion, and David and his East Hampton home could not have been more accommodating. The House is the perfect combination of modern amenities, while maintaining a classic East Hampton vibe. From the extremely stocked and exceptionally clean kitchen to the oversized immaculate in ground heated pool, there are too many features and benefits to list them all. David is a gracious host and was attentive to all our needs, which made the stay more comfortable. The "Shack in the Back' is a perfect choice for those seeking privacy, fun, laughter and memories to last a lifetime.

Annual summer Vacation

We loved our week out in East Hampton! The house is so warm and it feels like home. There are too many amenities to list them all. This is a very well stocked home from the abundance of towels to the stocked kitchen. The personal touches around the home were very much appreciated. The heated pool was heaven and my personal favorite was the humming birds that fed at the kitchen window. It is nature at its finest. We spotted box turtles and frogs in the yard. My entire family made lifetime memories this week!

Incredible Home

What an amazing home in the best location in the Hamptons. This house has it all - location, amenities, serenity, the list goes on. You are less than a 10 minute bike ride to the bay beach and less than 5 minutes away from a cute market. Dave was always available whenever we needed him and was a pleasure to rent from. Can’t say enough about how enjoyable our stay was.

Perfection

This property is clean, welcoming, well equipped, in a fantastic location. My extended family (ages 9-78!) had a wonderful time at this house -- we found everything we needed for cooking delicious meals and having fun on the property. The pool is huge and inviting. Great location, too, right near Louse Point beach where you can walk to see beautiful serene sunsets. And did I mention this place was CLEAN? No dust or grime anywhere, which made it more comfortable for all! Property owner Dave was on-hand and attentive to all needs and questions. Superb! We hope to return next summer. A real gem.

Exactly what we needed

Perfect setup. Had everything we needed: Working grill (gas provided!), pool, and an open kitchen. Number of bedrooms was great for our group size (7) and could have easily accommodated more. We were able to get to Montauk, East Hampton, and Amagansett fairly easily and Lyft drivers were plentiful. There is a little market down the road that sold sandwiches, coffee, and common grocery items when we ran out of certain items.

Great spot for a girls getaway!

This property was a great place for us to stay! Very clean, and lots of space. We really enjoyed the pool area and there were lots of seating outside which was also great. We were able to get ubers to and from Montauk easily. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Quiet Getaway

The house was everything we had hoped for. Great pool and outdoor area, far enough for the neighbors that we didn't bother anyone, and enough bedrooms for everyone. Cell reception was spotty and the house was initially hard to find from the road. But other than those minor complaints, we had no issues at all. Owners also provided some really good recommendations on places to go out in the town. Would definitely recommend

Private Oasis. Great for our Large group (7 adults and 7 children)

It was a clean, well maintained property. Lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, very well stocked kitchen). As well they had lots of extras that we could take with us to the beach (umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc). All of those things were great, but best of all was working with Dave (even though owner is listed as Linda). He was clear in his communication and helped meet our needs for our retreat from the city! Thanks! We will definitely look to come back!

My family has been vacationing here in The Hamptons for generations. We built this home in 1969 and have added square footage and updated to the beautiful home it is today.

We love it out here and vacation on and off all year round. Being in The Springs East Hampton we are just 10 minutes from East Hampton Village, 20 minutes to Montauk Village and 20 minutes to Sag Harbor Village. Perfect location!!

The woods surround our home so it is a private oasis. We can walk down the street to the bay beach or drive 8 minutes to the Ocean Beach.
