Quiet location on a wooded street in the Springs section of East Hampton. Close proximity to Three Mile Harbor restaurants and Gerard Drive. Fifteen minute drive to Atlantic Beach in Amagansett and twenty five minutes to Montauk. Also close to the towns of East Hampton , Amagansett and Sag Harbor. Within walking distance to the scenic Gerard drive. Enjoy your day by the pool or visit the nearby Atlantic beach.
Ranch style home with three bedrooms, three full baths. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with double sinks and vanity section. Lower level has a 1,300 square foot finished basement which includes washer, dryer, pool table, ping pong table, couch with tv and a Murphy bed along with a full bath. Come enjoy with family and friends the serene Springs location.

Very comfortable family home with a large pool. The pool table, ping pong table and extra family room space made the stay extra fun! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed exploring restaurants in Springs, but the center of Easthampton was an easy ride away. Host’s communication was very good. Definitely recommend!

Hampton retreat

Our families time spent at the house was everything we expected and more. The cleanliness of the house , the beautiful sized pool and owner/ host Claudia made us have the best family vacation yet. Cant wait to go back!!!

Comfortable well-equipped home in a beautiful area

We had a great stay here for a long holiday weekend! The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we were super comfortable during our stay. Springs is a great area in the Hamptons thats central to Sag Harbor and Montauk and just a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches. Highly recommend this home for your stay!

June in Springs

We have stayed in this home several times and find that it meets all of our needs and comforts. Comfortable beds and well appointed spaces, with a basement full of games, pool and ping pong tables. The outdoor patio, side patio and pool are a real plus for relaxing and fun outside. In our view this place just can't be beat.

Relaxation in Springs

From the moment we walked through the front door we knew this was the place for us. The space is warm and welcoming. The home owner has done an outstanding job in decorating the home and in organizing the kitchen. It is an extremely well stocked kitchen - from dishwasher soap, to ample paper towels, napkins and plastic wrap tin foil, coffee beans and additionally a Nepresso machine, just for starters. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels all high quality. I would say the owner has given alot of thought to what makes a home special. Location is on a quiet street and close to several beaches. We eagerly look forward to our next stay.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS !

When we walked into this property, both of my grand children said WOW ! They saw the beautiful outdoor pool through the sliding doors and heading to the patio as quickly as their feet could take them . The house was well stocked for both cooking and cleaning and the treats for the children were a plus. Claudia, the property host , was always available to help us in any way possible and as quickly as possible. We will always remember our summer of 22 with fond memories of Claudia and her lovely home. Linda & Bernard

Second stay here

Once again we were very impressed and satisfied with this home. We didn't think it could get any better from our visit back in April 2022, but it was due to the pool being open and the lovely landscaping around the deck and pool area which make for such a lovely ambience. The chairs on the deck and the swing by the pool were very comfortable. There is in addition a side garden with seating that adds a whole another dimension for relaxation and entertaining. As far as we are concerned it is our happy place and can't wait to have the opportunity to return.

Very clean with everything you could need

the house has 4 full/queen beds with 1 king and 3 full bathrooms. It was clean with plenty of everything. Claudia was very responsive with all our questions. It's a wooded area - very quiet and pretty - close to Montauk and the town of East Hampton.

Perfect Pretty Clean Pool House

This quality home far exceeded our expectations! Our host was super responsive & clearly put thought into the enjoyment, comfort and convenience of her guests. Super equipped, stocked with pretty beachy details all over! Many quality features not shown in pictures: nice clean wood floors, new grill, new washer/dryer, new dishwasher, new matching dish sets & cutlery, blinds that work on every window, comfortable clean couch. Nice bedding and pool towels, Andersen windows, well maintained clean pool. No mosquitoes. Great covered shady dining patio; each chaise lounge has a cushion and pillow (stored inside). Clean new beach chairs in shed (we used for Tues night Reggae at Main beach). Basement is huge/dry, adds whole other living room area with game system, pool table & games. Full of tech gadgets. Cleaning/sanitizing supplies at every sink. Clean clean clean everywhere. Great welcome book that gave us ideas where to go and places to dine. Hope to go again and again!

Wonderful vacation.

The house was very warm, inviting, comfortable and clean! The pool was amazing and the deck and grill made it easy to just hang out and enjoy. Owner was super responsive.
