SituĂ© dans la communautĂ© fermĂ©e sĂ©curisĂ©e du complexe Sunshine Village sur le chemin West End, Negril Westmoreland. Nous sommes situĂ©s au centre de Negril, nous avons Ă©galement une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une belle douche / salle de bains Ă  l'italienne, un salon / salle Ă  manger, un combo laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, une nouvelle climatisation, un ventilateur de plafond, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, une connexion Wi-Fi, une stĂ©rĂ©o Bluetooth / lecteur CD , CamĂ©ras de surveillance. SplashRock Villa est complĂ©tĂ©e par la meilleure vue sur l'ocĂ©an et un patio privĂ© sur le complexe, parfait pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil surplombant la mer des CaraĂŻbes tout en prenant une bonne boisson fraĂźche ou un cafĂ© le matin. Notre villa peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement et nous avons Ă©galement un futon queen au niveau infĂ©rieur. Tout dans cette unitĂ© a un style moderne. SplashRock Villa est situĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©tage du complexe du village ensoleillĂ©. A 32 unitĂ©s, idĂ©alement situĂ©es au-dessus du centre commercial, nous avons une variĂ©tĂ© d'Ă©quipements comme la piscine, le parking gratuit, le guichet automatique, le bureau des mĂ©decins, les souvenirs, la pharmacie, Cambio, l'Ă©picerie Hi-Lo, le salon et plus, tout ce dont vous avez besoin en quelques Ă  quelques pas de la Villa. Sunshine village dispose d'une sĂ©curitĂ© 24h / 24. Nous sommes trĂšs proches Ă  proximitĂ© du cĂ©lĂšbre Rick's Cafe pour la plongĂ©e sous-marine et vous trouverez Ă©galement le Negril Light House, un restaurant, des bars et de nombreux endroits pour regarder le magnifique coucher de soleil de Negril. This location was a cute loft bedroom with a small kitchen. Outdoor patio was nice to sit at for breakfast. The building is under renovation and will be very pretty when done but had a lot of construction debris/trash when we stayed. There is a grocery store supposed to open up on the property. Otherwise there was one nearby along with fast food snd other small restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very responsive and helped us arrange tours and transfers.

Wonderful stay at Splashrock villa in Negril! View of the ocean, cute roomy place, air conditioning and all amenities you could need, even snorkeling gear and yoga mats! Everything is clearly labeled by the thoughtful owner and she responds extremely quickly to any concerns you may have. We were there for NYE and could watch the fireworks from seven mile beach directly from our balcony, where we would also eat breakfast before our short walk to seven mile beach. Lovely! Its a gated community and you feel very safe. Highy recommend!

Wow!!!Wow!!!Wow!!!! Melody is AWESOME and so responsive. A breath of fresh air. She rocks!!!! The Villa was great the balcony view terrific. A little issue with water pressure but Mellody was on it quick. Location is nice being next to grocery store the only complaint is noise from traffic but we adjusted to it quickly. Definitely would stay again at this Villa

Good!

Overall, the stay was good. Property was exactly as described. Pretty clean, good aircon, good wifi, good location. Quick communication from the hosts. The construction workers did stare a lot... if I had been staying there alone I would have felt quite nervous so I just wouldn't suggest to solo women until the work is done (but they're putting in a starbucks downstairs so that will be convenient eventually!) The noise they made was not bothersome at all. Couldn't hear it from the apartment.

Unforgettable stay in Negril!

My partner and I stayed here for 9 days and had a great time. This property was clean, safe, and quiet. The check-in process was straightforward with the lockbox and keys, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The decor was vibrant and welcoming. We spent many nights on the patio enjoying the refreshing breeze, accompanied by occasional rain or the sound of people passing by on motorbikes. Waking up and gazing out of the loft at the beautiful Caribbean Sea was simply breathtaking. The washer/dryer combo was useful since we changed and showered frequently. Since the dryer setting took a couple of rounds to fully dry, the clothesline served as a great back-up. There are several storefronts and restaurants on and near the property, with a grocery store in walking distance for all your essentials. We cooked frequently in the well-supplied kitchen. We drove our own car, and parking in the lot was convenient, with security guards present every evening. There is construction happening on the property, but it didn't bother us as we only heard it when we were outside walking to the car. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to stay here again!

Sehr laut, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer sehr lauten und viel befahreren Straße, die lauten Autos und MotorrĂ€der sowie die BĂ€sse der Sportsbar hört man innen sehr laut, da die Fenster undicht sind. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche besteht aus Geschirr, Besteckresten und sollte dringend erweitert werden. Das Wasser im Bad und KĂŒche lĂ€uft nur wie ein Rinnsal. Die umgebende Wohnanlage wurde nie fertiggestellt, besteht teilweise aus Ruinen.Mellody hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Der VRBO- Support ist eine Katastrophe, extrem unflexibel.

Beautiful condo, great location, quick walk to beach, spectacular view of sea, wonderful host!

I had a wonderful time staying at at this apartment. For the past few months leading up to my reservation, Mellody has been so helpful and responds SO QUICKLY ! When I arrived, she checked in with me via Whats App and had the security guard come introduce himself to me. Mellody is a generous and courteous host . I will definitely be staying here again!

Heart of Everything

This location is very close to beach access....so close you can see and hear the waves. It's a true local experience location...evenwith with a grocery store right down the stairs and taxi drivers (howeverwe walked alot). The apartment is clean. decorated to give good vibes and fully equipped. Mellody is a great host..heartfelt and accommodating: from day of booking she was in quick contact and even set up our airport transportation. Definitely recommend if you want the non-resort experience!

The property and room were spotless, with all amenities. I loved the view and the porch. The clothesline was put to good use. Somethings took days to figure out and how to operate them. Hot/ cold water valve, tv/ cable, safe. Mellody was always there to answer and help with any concerns. I would definitely recommend this villa, especially #24 to my family and friends

Paradise fi real

I dont even know where to begin . . The villa was everything and more that i was expecting . It was super clean and had everything i needed . . Its in a perfect spot, stunning views and really quiet considering the road outside . . It was in easy reach of the town and beach . Mellody was super helpful in my build up to my stay and answered all my questions , she even organised the sun lol . . I am already looking to rebook for next year , i cant imagine staying anywhere else in jamaica . . Mellody thankyou so much . One love
