Welcome to Sea Beach Escape & Vacation Rental, the ultimate destination for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. Situated in the picturesque seaside, the seafront house offer breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and stunning sunsets just a few minutes walk away. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled family vacation, our comfortable and stylish accommodations will make you feel right at home.

We believe in providing the best experience for our guests from start to finish. That's why we offer a added service for convenient airport transportation, ensuring a stress-free journey to our beautiful property.

This property is not available for long term rental, all stays are capped at three months maximum, the nightly rate applies for all bookings minus any discounts or promotions for stays of one month or longer.

Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Children are not allowed. The price is for two people, up to a maximum of 4 guests of the same party for an additional cost.

There will be a $500 Refundable Damage Deposit. 100% Refundable (unless a damaged to the property has occurred)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Toiletries: Toilet tissue, soap, and body wash are provided. If you run out, you'll need to purchase more at your own expense.

- Essentials: We've included kitchen essentials and other items listed in the description. If you need anything else, we're unable to provide it.

- Location: Our property is located on West End Road, 75 feet from the sea across the road, with access to a local public beach just 200 feet away. Please note that we're not part of the Seven Mile Beach, which is a 3-minute drive away.

- Property Details: This is a nightly rental, and we don't provide a washing machine. As with any short-term rental, you won't have every item you'd typically find in a long-term home.

Very nice I would love to come back

I love the stay it was my first time in negril Jamaica and I will be back the guy that owns the house is a very nice man and he was very helpful with a lot of stuff and I thank him for the stay

Wonderful vacation home

I was blown away by how amazing this property and area was. Once I checked in I noticed immediately how clean the property was. I can tell Jerome really cares about the guests experience. The AC was ice cold and shower was perfect. Then I noticed I really never needed to go far for anything. Directly across the street is the best little breakfast spot with many options including the freshest seafood. Directly next door is a restaurant called Chicken Lavish and there I got the best jerk chicken I’ve ever had. There’s numerous other bars and restaurants within one block of the property as well. Jerome was so laid back and easy to work with. He’s very clear on everything he says and even lined me up with boat tours and complimentary food. Going on a vacation across the world can be scary, but Jerome made this experience absolutely perfect. Thank you Jerome. I will see you this same time next year!

Real gem of a rental, close to restaurants, bars, Rick's Café, Grill, with a small beach 150 from door! and 3 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. Host communication was seamless and little touches like juice and water on arrival makes this a property i would definitely return to in future.

Amazing host

The host was very prompt with communication and check in progress. He replied very quickly to all questions and needs and accommodating to our needs. I loved the location close to water with water view and next door to patsy coffee shop and close to downtown
