Casa Di Luana has a direct street front access. It is located in a quiet area of Leverano, so you can find parking just near the house. Casa Di Luana it opens with a input where is this 1 single sofa-bed. From here it passes, in sequence, and the the first double bedroom, the double bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds. Finally, at the bottom, there is 1 bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub.
From the double pass to the living room with open kitchen, which is also 1 single sofa-bed.
In the day area there is the second bathroom, no shower, and a bidet.
From the living room you exit on the back, in a small courtyard outside
with table and chairs, where is also the washing machine.

Di Luana is located in Leverano, a town of the Salento, where there are
many services, venues, a beautiful historic centre to discover. The
centre is located just 400 metres from the holiday home, while the first
beaches of Porto Cesareo are just 10 km away, on the Ionian Sea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Two bathrooms which of one is an half bath (without bidet and shower).
