The apartment is in an unbeatable location, in the heart of the old town. A short walk from countless points of interest in the city of Palma such as the Cathedral or the port. La Lonja neighborhood offers a varied gastronomic offer, art galleries, shops also invade the streets of the neighborhood. Fusion of tradition and modernity, it is one of the most charismatic and most sought-after areas of the island both for its location and for its historical character.

The house has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms, it has internet, wifi and Satellite TV, you will find the kitchen fully furnished and equipped. Perfect stay for the Palma experience

Everything during our stay was close to perfect! From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. Outside the apartment was an amazing square with restaurants, bars, and music. Everything from sites, beaches, busses, and more importantly, gelato was a easy walk away. The information packet they provided as well was extremely helpful to find everything you will need. Please be aware however that the apartment was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night due to the bars down the road (parties in Spain go very late). However the shutters and windows did a very god job blocking out most the noise. This was no issue for us because we where out very late both those nights, but something to be aware of. Perfect location for a couple who are on the move, and wanting to enjoy as much as the island as possible in a short time.

Our booking criteria for this holiday were a location in the old town and a balcony. The first criteria was met the second was not. The balcony was located outside the building and required mounting 72 steps. The washing machine was also located on the balcony and was shared. As pensioners this was a climb we did not want to undertake and we could not take food and drink up there. The balcony being not attached to the flat was not made clear, was false advertising and we were very unhappy about it.

A cut above

A very lovely place. Big windows with lots of light and a great view of the charming plaza. Modern fixtures that were easy to use. A kind greeting - including a lovely bottle of sparkling wine! Great neighborhood, close to the city center with charming shops and cafes. I would definitely stay here again!
