Our family of 4 had a lovely stay. Jeff’s place is special, and the fall colors were spectacular. Our children enjoyed petting the goats, we made fires in the gorgeous fireplace every night, we cooked meals in, we played pool, and we went on a few nearby hikes. We would come again!

What a beautiful property. Jeff was super responsive before and during our stay. It was the perfect unique environment for 3 college friend to get together. The location was super convenient to Manchester Center yet you felt like you were in the mountains. The goats were an added charm. Thumbs up on this one.

A very special setting with fabulous views and plenty of property to explore! But not far from town, either! Large space with lots of character! Loved the trails and the pond and the large meadows for our dog. Quiet place to really relax and unwind.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay, and are already planning a return trip! Jeff is a great host, and the barn is lovely and exactly as pictured (felt even bigger than the pictures suggest). The hot tub on cold winter nights was a great way to end the day, and access to the local area is quick and easy even though you feel tucked away from it all. Great experience and can't wait to come back!

What an amazing location! Our family had a fantastic time at this beautiful farm. Hours were spent on the tennis court, on the trails, by the pond catching frogs and loving on the sweet goats. We cannot wait to return!

This location is awesome. Close to town and skiing but we felt like we were secluded in the forest when sitting in the hot tub. We had a great time!
