Jojo apartment

Our spacious two-bedroom apartment is placed near the Špica River Park in a quiet part of the city centre.
With two bedrooms, a walk-in shower and a tailor-made kitchen it is ideal for families or small groups of friends.
Free parking is in front of the building, in the vicinity there is public transportation (a bus stop) and public bike-rental spot.
Our two-bedroom Jojo Apartment with a separated kitchen has a true city feeling! It is located on the third floor (no elevator) and therefore it offers a nice view of the Ljubljana castle hill and the surroundings. It has a hallway, 1 master bedroom with a double bed, where a comfortable extra bed or a sofa can be arranged for one more person, and the second bedroom with a double bed. There is a tailor-made kitchen with dishes and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and linens, as well as free wireless internet, are all included!
Jojo Apartment accommodates 4 people, two in each room. But if needed, there is a possibility to prepare a comfortable bed on the couch in the master bedroom for one more person (15,00 € per person per night). Therefore, the apartment can accommodate maximum 5 people.
You will love staying at this spacious apartment in a really good location. Old part of Ljubljana city centre is a 15-minute walk away along the green banks of the Ljubljanica River. If you come by car, you can park in front of the building (free parking) or on a public payable parking 1 minute away. In the vicinity, there are pubs with vibrant local scene as well as public transportation (a bus stop) and a public bike-rental spot. Just across the street, there is a port for boats on the Ljubljanica River, a bit further on there is one of the nicest city parks in Ljubljana – the Špica park. If you cross the bridge for pedestrians, you will reach the oldest botanical garden in Ljubljana.
You will enjoy staying at our Jojo Apartment and you will love Ljubljana, European Green Capital 2016 and Slovenia, European Region of Gastronomy 2021. You will leave Jojo Apartment with a smile on your face and wish you could come back soon. Of course we’ll meet again then!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Our stay at the apartment was lovely. Walkable distance to the center and a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was well cleaned and met our expectations. The only minus was that the stove wouldn’t turn on but the host was quick to help us with a portable stove to replace the original stove. Would recommend! :)

location was as described, fine to find, easy to access with the instructions sent to us. had to make one of the beds ourselves and find the bed linnen first as well, there were quite some issues with hygiene, cleanliness etc. unfortunately. we told Martina about it and she reacted fast and proactively, coming to our place to clean and take care of the issues which we appreciated. unfortunately some issues cannot just be solved quickly like this. communication with Martina was good. the neighbourhood is quiet, and at a walkable distance to the city (15 ish minutes?), bit boring neighbourhood but, again, nicely quiet! i think it was OK overall for this short trip to Ljubljana for the five of us (parents & three adult daughters) , but i wouldn’t want to stay for a lot longer than a few nights i think.

Special place!

We stayed here for 2 night while on a roadtrip and we enjoyed our stay. There is free parking on the inner court of the apartments. While it looks busy there, we were always able to find a spot. Entrance to the building and apartment with an app worked fine. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is ok, only a bit annoying to carry the suitcases up. The apartment is nice and the beds were good. The pillows weren't great, but thankfully we have our own in the car. We didn't check if there were any other ones available in the closets somewhere though. The airconditioning didn't do much, but thankfully opening all the windows in the evening helped cool down the place quickly. It's in close walking distance to the city center, 10-20 minutes depending on where you are going. The neighborhood is quiet. The host always responded quickly to messages and even checked in to ask if everything was good and if we needed something. Would recommend staying here.

Glorious residence!

We had an excellent stay at Martina’s apartment. Check in was very easy and straightforward, the apartment was spacious with everything we needed. It was quiet and clean. It was a short 10-15 min walk to many restaurants and coffee shops, with bike rentals nearby as well.

Cosy stay not too far from central Ljubljana . The bedrooms are comfortable and the apartment is warm in the winter. Not always the quietest (I think there is a young family upstairs or next door). Host communication clear and check in super easy. Small note - there isn’t a dryer but a drying rack if that’s something you need during your stay.
