Confortable 6 chambres, villa avec piscine dans un cadre tranquille. Cette villa familiale propose une collection variée de lecture, de nombreux DVD, jeux et Internet pour votre plaisir à l'intérieur. Vous devriez avoir un repos d'une nuit confortable que la villa a un King Size suédoise lit de luxe Duxiana dans la chambre principale et deux autres chambres, chacune avec lits jumeaux Duxiana.

Le jardin est l'un des meilleurs à Praia D'El Rey à notre avis car il est à la fois magnifiquement entretenu et bien aimé. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, le jardin est entouré de pins odorants qui ajoutent au sentiment de tranquillité. La piscine ne est pas clôturée et donc la propriété ne est pas adaptée pour les nourrissons.

La propriété offre un bon accès à pied des plages de sable, de détente spa et un parcours de golf primé.

Les plages de sable sont accessibles en dehors de l'hôtel Marriott 5 étoiles en descendant étapes ou si vous préférez un accès plus direct il ya un parking à proximité offrant promenade sur l'accès.

Le terrain de golf de Praia D'El Rey a remporté de nombreux prix et présente d'excellents défis ainsi que d'être un parcours pittoresque. Vous devez avoir un handicap pour jouer le parcours, mais nous avons constaté que le professionnel est prêt à vous signer s'il voit que vous êtes capable de bien conduire et de bien gérer les clubs. En outre, un parcours de golf supplémentaire appelé West Cliffs Golf Links a été ouvert en 2017 et a été nommé «meilleur nouveau parcours de golf au monde» lors des World Golf Awards 2017.

L'hôtel Marriott est une courte distance de marche de l'établissement et propose quelques bonnes affaires si vous voulez mettre en place amis et parents dans un environnement différent. Il ya de nombreux restaurants et piscines ainsi que d'un grand espace spa offrant de multiples soins relaxants à des normes élevées.

Dans les 15 minutes de la propriété, vous avez un accès facile à Obidos avec son ancienne ville fortifiée ainsi que des plages au Baleal qui offrent de grandes possibilités de surf.

Un peu plus loin, vous êtes 1 heure de Lisbonne avec un excellent shopping, vie nocturne et attractions pour les enfants et les adultes.

A perfect villa ideally situated near the coast and to interesting places to visit with its own fabulous gardens and beautiful pool. If needed you have the support of the local estate management staff for any issues that may arise during your stay. It has very much everything you require for a relaxing holiday. Definitely highly recommended.

Lovely stay

Just as described. We had a super relaxing two weeks swimming and lounging in the sun. Nice bars and restaurants close by too. Gorgeous house.

Amazing property for a family holiday!

The house is great, has everything you need for a family ( 2 x kids < 10 plus parents) but is also really peaceful and a wonderful location to get some rest in the sun, when the kids allow! With there being space for 6 would be great for larger families or grandparents joining.

Relaxing Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful yet lots to do with books, dvds, games. Pool was great and short walk to the beach. The villa was lovely and had everything you could need. Beds were also super comfy. Thank you!

Great garden

The garden is huge as well as the pool. The house itself keeps cool in height of summer. Safe and secure. Lovely beach just near golf course. Will come again.

Lovely, clean, fully equipped villa.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this villa which is situated in a quiet and private garden. Close to the beach, Marriott Hotel, golf club house and tennis courts - all of which we frequented regularly. We were very well looked after by the local Neighbour Client Manager during our stay, nothing was too much trouble and any queries we had were answered promptly. We look forward to returning soon.

Comfortable villa

We stayed here for a month and had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. The villa is very well equipped for a holiday rental, a lot of thought has gone into this to make it so. The beds are comfortable and we had plenty of clean linen and towels. The property manager, Priscila and her team, looked after us very well. The highlight for us was the very quiet and secluded garden which we found very relaxing. The heated pool was a bonus. We would love to return one day.

Lovely holiday poperty

The property is clean and well equipped. It's in a quiet area and we made a lot of use of the great pool area. There is lots of things for children to do with Xbox, board games, waterboarded etc. The service team in particularly Ana were great when we had any queries. Highly recommended.

Another relaxing break

We have just finished another wonderful stay at our favourite property in Portugal. It’s great to arrive after our travels to the home away from home along with the beautiful heated pool which which my kids love. The gardens are stunning & wonderful to wake up to the lovely bird song. As always we enjoyed the golf, kids did surfing and we had lovely meals out in our favourite restaurants nearby along with Pizza nights at the pool with our new favourite pizza place - the Funky Donkey. We are already looking forward to next year!!

A very nice stay in Praia D'El Rey

The house was very nice, and exactly as advertised. Vast, clean, well equipped, a beautiful swimming pool and an exceptional garden. We really appreciated its proximity to the sea, allowing for walks. The region is very pleasant. A very nice friendly owner and we wish to thank him very much for all the information he gave us before our stay. Bad point : a real estate agent completely absent on site. Fortunately we didn't have any major problems, we only contacted them once and managed to resolve the problem ourselves. This quality of service on site does not meet the requirement of a property of this type and at this rate.

Fabulous holiday house

A welcoming, relaxed holiday house great for the family. The pool was fantastic, a great size and with some accessories available the children (& us!) had many hours enjoying the water. The garden is beautiful, the loungers and swingbed comfortable and perfect for relaxing. We very much appreciated the books, games and table tennis, too. Only negative would be for families with younger children -the master bedroom was a distance away from the two other bedrooms so may not be suitable for all. Also the only local shop was very small and closed on the Sunday and Monday, so we regretted not stopping at a supermarket on our way from the airport. The information provided by the hosts was very useful and detailed, we definitely took on quite a few suggestions. Thank you for a great holiday venue!

Family stay with teenage children

The property is in a great location, has a lovely outdoor space, and is plenty big enough for a family with all the facilities you could need. However, this could be a fantastic property with a little TLC. The property is quite tired and there are a couple of areas which could benefit from a deep clean, the sofas and chairs inside and the outside seat covers for example. When we arrived the property smelt damp inside which took a few days of airing the property to remove the damp smell, which was a shame. The pool has lots of small tiles missing, however it is a great size pool and we paid extra to have it heated which was very nice. Overall we had a good time and the property is nice but as mentioned could be fantastic.

Perfect house for family

We enjoyed so much this house with this beautiful garden, heated pool, sport equipment available in the garage and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was there to us make us feel like home, with DVD, games and books. We love the house so much that it was sometimes hard to go out and visit the beautiful area. Cette maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour plaire à la famille, L'accueil et les informations du propriétaires sont simples et facile d'utilisation. 5 etoiles garanties.

Vacances idylliques !!!

Située dans un domaine calme, cette villa nous a émerveillée : son emplacement sans vis à vis, son design, son jardin, sa piscine, son équipement complet et disponible. A proximité d'une belle plage (à voir absolument le coucher du soleil). Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Nombreux sites à découvrir dans les villes avoisinantes. Et, et, et ne surtout pas rater le restaurant : Cozinha d'El Rei, délicieux !!! En 2 mots : EXCELLENT SEJOUR. On veut y retourner maintenant.

Ein sehr schönes, gut aufgeteiltes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit hervorragenden Betten, einem schönen Pool und einem großen Garten. Der Vermieter stellt umfangreiche Ausstattung und jede Menge Information zur Verfügung, und die Service-Agentur ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Lage passt gut, wenn man viel Ruhe und einen wirklich spektakulären Blick auf den Atlantik schätzt. Wer lieber im Meer badet, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder kleine Strandrestaurants sucht, muss das Resort verlassen und ein Stück fahren. Gerne wieder für ruhige Auszeiten!
