I really wanted to give this a higher rating. Great location and a very nice flat. However, the management team leaves a lot to be desired. Beautiful kitchen with lots to work with, but the cabinets are empty. No cleaning materials, washing soaps, paper goods, trash bags!! They have a glass dining room table and no glass cleaner. More impersonal then a hotel. None of the things that you find in many rentals. Too bad. This could be a really nice place.

Home from home in a fantastic location

We stayed here for 5 weeks and were very comfortable. The flat is spacious, was very clean and had all the amenities. The view of Plymouth Hoe from the front bay window was a bonus as was the parking space.

Nice location

My grandson goes to University in Plymouth. Within walking distance on many things, could see ocean from front window. Very clean and pleasant

Location, location, location.

Ideal location as very close to the Hoe and just a short stroll to the Barbican. Good to have off street parking. Downside - early morning wake up call in the twin bedroom from heavy footsteps in the flat above.

Long weekend getaway

Lovely location, a short walk to the coast, you can see the sea from the front room window. Property was very spacious and safe for our young family, with everything we needed. Plymouth is a lovely seaport and if we'd stayed for a full week or more we felt we would have had plenty to do. Thank you.
