Welcome to your ideal holiday home in Mallorca! Situated in the popular Port of Alcudia this spacious full house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The stunning sandy beaches of Alcudia are just an 11-minute walk away, and guests have full access to a large 12x5m communal pool open year-round.

Comfortable Living & Modern Amenities
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Fully renovated with modern appliances including an oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
- Outdoor Dining & Relaxation: Large patio doors open directly onto a shaded terrace equipped with a dining table (6 chairs), 4 additional chairs, 4 sun loungers, and a BBQ for outdoor meals. Direct access to the pool area.
- Living Room: Features two comfortable sofas and a 55" LED Google TV you can use your own accounts in the already available streaming apps like Netflix, HBO, Disney+,.. or you can connect your own devices via HDMI.
- Bedrooms: Upstairs features 3 bedrooms (each with two single beds). Two bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the pool.
_ Bathrooms: 2 full family bathrooms (1 upstairs with bath/shower, bidet, toilet, and sink; 1 downstairs with shower, toilet, and sink).

Air Conditioning & High-Speed Internet
- The house is equipped with 4 air-conditioning units (living room + all 3 bedrooms). A/C in the living room and main bedroom is included in the base rate. The remaining two units are available for an optional €5/day per unit (payable in cash upon arrival).
- Enjoy free, unlimited 600 Mbps fibre-optic Wi-Fi—perfect for streaming, remote work, or connecting multiple devices.

Child-Friendly Setup
- We welcome families! A travel cot, high chair, bed guard, and playpen are provided at no extra cost. For peace of mind, safety gates are installed on the stairs to restrict access to the pool area.

House Rules & Guidelines
- Family Resort: This property is located in a quiet, family-oriented residential community. Parties, loud music, excessive drinking, or late-night noise are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Failure to respect noise restrictions will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
- Primary Guest Age Limit: As per Vrbo policies, the main guest must be at least 30 YEARS OLD. Government-issued ID (Passport/National ID) is required at check-in. ENTRY WILL BE REFUSED without refund if age verification cannot be provided.
- House Manual: A detailed guide is provided inside the home explaining how to operate all appliances and facilities.

We had a great stay in Alcudia at this great apartment which was perfect for our family of 5. The area is quiet so we mainly had the pool to ourselves but with friendly local neighbours who were really welcoming. A short walk to the beach and easy taxi to the port and other attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay!

We had a lovely 9 day stay at this place! Apartment was great, nice rooms and very Nice terass by the community pool. The apartment is close to everything around but still a bit away from all the noise and busy Streets. Great for the one Who want to have some relaxing time!

Perfect spot next to the canal

A great spot for our family while my husband and son too part in the Iron Man. Spacious and clean and lovely having a large patio and 'en suite' pool!

Enjoyed stay it was a nice apartment, pool gorgeous shops within easy walking distance. By system of canals which I thought charming but did get pestered with mozzies at night!

Nice stay in pre season

We had a nice time at this house. Unfortunately we could not use the outside place due to bad weather.The location was good so that we were able to walk to the beach with the kids. It was nice that there were some beach toys for the kids as well

Paradise

Wonderful place to stay, clran tidy and has everything in it that you need. Close to beach, loval sgops, hydropark and many other things there is to do in the area. Grandkids loved the pool and that gave mum and dad and us grandparents a little tjme to relax. Would definitely stay here again, we havent even left yet and we are looking at dates for next year

Lovely holiday

We just had a lovely week in this villa. Was very clean and had everything you needed. Can not thank the owner Jordi enough for all of his help up to and during our stay. Boys loved the pool and the lake outside the front door! Would recommend as all shops, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance

relaxing break

lovely property, in quiet location a little walk away from the hustle and bustle. Great outside space and we loved having the pool just a few steps away! The only problem we had was with mosquitoes.

Jordi made the whole booking process very easy as he was always available to speak to and check anything with over the months before we travelled. The house itself is lovely, in a perfect location and was everything we had hoped it would be. Everyone had a lovely holiday there.

Spacious apartment. Well stocked for families. Everything you need for a lovely stay in beautiful Alcudia. Supermarket 5 minute walk. Easy check in using key safe. Clear instructions and directions prior to arrival. Restaurants , pubs and beach all within 10 minute walk

Lovely family villa, spotlessly clean, excellent selection of pots pans plates etc, Lovely spacious patio with plenty chairs and sun loungers, sun all day long, big pool, 10 mins walk from the beach, large eroski around the corner, few mins walk to main strip, 7 mins walk to the hydropark, absolutely every thing you could want in a rented villa, thanks so much jordi

Great holiday stay

We recently had a great stay here. It is perfect for kids with all the cots, play pens, high chairs etc. the pool is great and hardly anyone uses it so it’s like a private pool. The outdoor area is great. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 min walk to supermarket, 30 min walk into port Alcudia. Highly recommend this place. I would only say that I would suggest the sink in the bathroom upstairs is replaced soon, the bath and shower both need resealing, and it would benefit in a bit better lighting outside.

Lovely family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay - a great apartment really practical for a family of teens & a toddler. (travel cot, highchair etc ) In a quiet area but walkable to shops resturants and lovely long Beach! 🌴. We loved the pool ! Most of time was just us using it . Theres bike hire nearby and also a Ranch nearby with horses, pony trekking & a petting zoo. Jordi was a super helpful host . We had a fun relaxing and memorable holiday !

Very good stay

Stayed in Jordi's house for almost 2 weeks with older children. We really liked this. Spacious house with lots of equipment. Very quiet location and about a 12-minute walk from the beach and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Communal pool is lovely and very quiet. A small point of criticism is the beds. They are very hard and not very comfortable. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks Jordi!
