The Nessting Place - Inverness
The Nessting Place is a 4 bedroom apartment in a prime location in Inverness City Centre. This stunning period property is lovingly decorated and prepared for the arrival of each guest. It is a maisonette apartment arranged over three floors. Due to the number of stairs, it is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.
The space
The cosy living room at The Nessting Place is full of character, with comfortable seating and some lovely quirky decorative details. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV with SKY TV, a PS4, plus a great selection of games, books and toys.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, coffee machine and washer dryer. There is also a dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests.
On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (UK size 135 x 190cm), along with a separate WC.
Upstairs, there is a beautiful family bathroom featuring a walk in shower and a luxurious freestanding bath. The master bedroom offers a Super King bed (UK size 180 x 200cm) and a small en suite with a walk in shower. The final bedroom is fitted with a King size bed (UK size 150 x 200cm).
One parking permit is provided for on street parking, with additional paid parking available nearby.
The Nessting Place is located on Ardconnel Street, a quiet residential street in the sought after Crown area of Inverness. By heading down the Market Brae Steps, you can reach the high street and shopping centre in just a couple of minutes; providing excellent easy access to the cityâs bars, restaurants and shops.
Inverness Castle and the River Ness are also only a 3 to 4 minute walk away.
Other things to note:
This property may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility as there is no lift and a significant number of stairs.
One of the bedrooms is small with the bed against the wall. The room is accessed through the living room. It is listed to sleep 2 in the bedroom, however please consider whether this is suitable for your party.
The fireplace is not operational.
