Heated pool option along with its location makes this a villa for all year round!

The Space:
Combining being at the beach and very close to the wonderful nightlife of Albufeira. Capable of accommodating up to 12 people, (two Z-beds) this villa is located 1 minute walk from Praia dos Aveiros and Praia da Oura. Oura Strip is less than 5 minutes walk. Perfect for large families or responsible groups. Parties are not allowed here.

There’s a shop within a 5 min walk, and many restaurants and bars.

The gated entrance leads to the newly re-tiled pool terrace with sunbeds and parasols as well as a covered dining terrace with table and chairs. The nine-metre swimming pool has Roman-style steps and can be heated for a supplement of 200EUR per week payable locally.

There is also a brand-new brick-built barbecue next to the kitchen. Inside, the villa is a typical Portuguese summery villa - light and airy with tiled floors, white walls and subtle artwork mixed with comfortable furniture and a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Large windows and patio doors means there’s lots of natural light throughout the house. The open-plan living and dining room has comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and DVD player and a dining table and chairs. The patio doors in the lounge open up onto the pool and garden.

There is also a staircase leading to a mezzanine which accesses the upstairs bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is a mix of light wood and stainless steel and has access to the dining terrace and barbecue. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor - two twins and one double. The twin bedrooms share a shower bathroom and the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Upstairs on the first floor there are two further air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower bathroom, and one twin which has access to a seperate shower bathroom which was recently added to the villa. All the bedrooms are bright and colourfully furnished with large windows or patio doors accessing the terrace. There is a private garage.

Casa Vivenda Catarina is the perfect base for groups of friends and family looking for a private villa holiday whilst still being close to the resort and by the beach. It’s just a 10-minutes walk to the centre of Albufeira and less than that to shops, bars and restaurants in Oura, and the beach is just 60 metres away!
