Lovely villa near Santa Eulália beach

We had a lovely stay at Villa Kailua. The villa was comfortable and welcoming, with a beautiful garden, large private pool and a great outdoor dining area. The peaceful location was also perfect, while still being close to the beaches, restaurants and local amenities.

Fantastic traditional villa close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kailua. The house has a lovely, warm traditional feel and is incredibly spacious for a large group. Having two bedrooms on each floor worked perfectly for our family's privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we spent most of our time outside by the large private pool and enjoying the BBQ area for summer dinners. The location is excellent—tucked away in a quiet street in Santa Eulália, yet just a short walk from amazing beaches, shops, and places to eat.

Perfect for groups of friends

We loved how close we were to the Oura area and the bars, yet the villa itself is in a very quiet and private street. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. Having a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor was a nice touch for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The best location

One of the highlights of our stay was the villa's prime location, just a stone's throw away from the heart of Albufeira. We were able to explore Albufeira by foot. But perhaps the most memorable aspect of our stay was the warmth and hospitality of the local representative. From the moment we booked our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from providing helpful recommendations for local activities to ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

What a villa!

Me and my 10 mates stayed here for 5 days and oh my word what a beautiful villa this is, from the pool and the garden too each individual bedroom and table being cleaned. I highly recommend this villa if your looking for something close to the strip, beach and also some nice shops. Even when our flight was delayed we had a welcome meeting the following day which was a nice touch especially after the rough few hours we had the previous day. Will defo be be coming back soon!

Location, location, location . Great location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Short Uber ride to the old town and other beaches. Pool was brilliant both for adults and supervised children. Villa had plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. Any issues were dealt with quickly by the Villa management team who were very responsive. The shower room downstairs flooded and water leaked into the hallway, not ideal when you have little children running around. This is due to a design fault with the shower tray. One of the downstairs bedrooms smelt of damp, opening a window helped to remove the this.

Nice group destination

We enjoyed our trip at the villa in Albufeira. The best part was the location as it felt safe, was walking distance from everything we needed and was a quiet and friendly area. The villa was large, and easily accommodated the 6 adults in our group. The pool was also the highlight, it was clean and the perfect temperature. The place could have been a bit cleaner, as we noticed a lot of stains on sheets and floors, and when we arrived there was broken glass, which was supposed to be cleaned up before our arrival, but someone in our group still managed to get cut by it. An unfortunate thing we will note is to make sure to canvas the property before you enjoy your stay, as we noticed a broken lounge chair and should have mentioned something, and then ended up being charged by the host for it, even though it was broken before our return. We also felt rushed out by the cleaners on our way out, even though it was before our check out deadline. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would probably find a different villa to book next time.

A good sized Villa in a great location in Albufeira. We chose this for its location the a good number of restaurants, a large supermarket and close enough to walk to the beach. The Villa is a little dated and probably needs modernising but overall it was good value for money and we had a great time.
