Excellent apartment and service from CAY

The apartment is in a great location with a beautiful aspect out over the lake and Mont Blanc. It is comfortably furnished with loads of storage space (which is probably more useful for skiing in the winter than during the summer!) The team at Chamonix All Year were superb with excellent communication throughout… they also helped us recover an item we unintentionally left in the apartment at checkout. Strongly recommended!

Lovely apartment with wrap around balcony and views of Mont Blanc and the valley

Plenty of room for our party of 7. Kitchen well equipped. Large fridge/freezer. Nice swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Games room - pool table needs updating. Kids loved climbing wall. 10 mins walk to bus stop and shop in Les Praz.

Perfect place to stay for group ski trip

The apartment was clean and set up perfectly for our ski trip. The location is a bit of a walk to town (15-20mins), but paths are lit and enjoyable to walk along the river.

Great location and lovely apartment - would stay here again.

The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment was very good - would definitely stay there again. Good location - close enough to Chamonix to walk, with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was large and well provided and the dining table big enough for 8 people. The bedrooms were spacious. The pictures on the walls were very nice. The onsite parking provided was good. The house was clean though the floors and deck outside didn't appear to have been mopped, so we did that ourselves. The lounge area was quite restrictive with the TV tucked away in a corner & not suitable for a group to watch the TV. Our main complaint though was the 5pm check-in time which is very late and restrictive. An earlier check-in time or somewhere to store luggage should be provided. We recommend staying in this apartment if you are going to Chamonix.

PERFCTION!

Could not have enjoyed our stay anymore (unless the sun made more appearances! ) The views were breathtaking. We loved the location, the pool/spa, and the size of the apartment. Everything was incredible. 5 stars!!!

A great apartment

The apartment is lovely and very spacious. We were a party or 4 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The on-site facilities are great. The biggest downside was that the lift in the block didn’t work which meant lugging skis and boots and up and down the stairs to and from the ski locker.

Everything was excellent!

Unfortunately, our stay was very short. We were able to enjoy the flat, the rich facilities of La Cordee, as well as the beautiful Chamonix. Exceptional Accomodation and facilities

We stayed in the apartment January 2025 and it really did not disappoint. The apartment and the facilities available were exceptional. We were greeted with a welcome pack and all the information we needed from directions from the airport to access to the building and places to go in the nearby area. The apartment itself was comfortable, warm, spacious and was kitted out with everything we needed. The hosts were available and contacted via WhatsApp so if we needed anything We could just message any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment And would hope to stay again in the future.

Nice place , excellent view

The apartment was very nice Support getting to the apartment was fine The lake and Mountain View is amazing Bad: We had some problem getting to the garage (with opening the lock) , couldn’t get any help with it. Salt was missing from the kitchen.

Comfortable and functional apartment in Chamonix

We stayed in this apartment for a week in February and had a very comfortable experience. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen and recently renovated bathrooms. The bedding is comfortable, and the overall condition of the apartment is very good. The amenities are great, though the pool and spa area tended to be quite busy during the day. Instead, we enjoyed using the pool table and babyfoot. One of the highlights was discovering the scenic riverside path that leads to Chamonix city center—an easy and pleasant 20-minute walk. Overall, it’s a great place for a stay in Chamonix, and we would definitely recommend it!

Best place ever in chamonix

Thai is the best place you can dream of in chamonix. The apartment is fully equipped and extremely comfortable. The view is symphyse tremendous. I could stay all day long on the terrasse contemplating the lake and the mont blanc. The complex is also perfect with all you need for post activity - billard, babyfoot, pool, sauna etc... We were there in early summer and we were almost alone. And the calm is Incredible. Although it is not in center of chamonix you can get there easily by car in a couple of minutes. Really not an issue.

Great family stay!

We had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful rental in Chamonix, and it exceeded all expectations. The condo was perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and easy access to both the town and nearby activities. Nothing short but fantastic

Fantastic experience from the moment we entered the apartment with its modern but cosy look and feel, as well as the stunning view over the mountains, and during the one week we spent there. Everything was functional, kitchen was well equipped (and we are picky), the facilities were great, and customer service was fast and kind (they came to assist with a small thing on the Saturday, with a smile even though it was me who had misunderstood something). I'll let the pictures of the apartment talk for themselves. We have rented quite a few houses/apartments over the years, and it does not get better than this!

Effet Waouh garanti

Quel bel endroit ! Une première impression d'espace et de propreté puis une vue époustouflante s'ouvre à vos yeux! Appartement conforme en tout point à la description qui est faite. Une communication très facile avec le service de Chamonixallyear. Un espace aquatique et sport très agréable. Le seul petit bémol: l'état pitoyable du billard dans l'espace commun le rendant inutilisable. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Great stay!

Very nice place and good facilities. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Only minor drawback was very little toilet paper (we had to get some the first day) and no paper towels. A small point that doesn’t detract from the overall excellent stay. Staff was very helpful with the few quests we had. Highly recommended overall.

Lovely apartment but hard to find

A great apartment with incredible views. The area with pool table etc was dissapointing as it was totally lifeless and the pool table was terrible where the balls would roll to the side cushions. We also found the apartment very hard to find. There wasn't even a sign on the complex to help you. There is nowhere to buy any snacks or even a soft drink which is dissapointing. Even a vending machine would have been a life saver. Other than these negatives which are easy fixes, the apartment was great and would still recomend it.
