Great place to stay for large groups. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is so nice! Easy to walk anywhere in York from this location.

Family reunion in York

Lovely well appointed flat in the heart of York. Clean, spacious, and within walking distance of all the major attractions. We had a wonderful time visiting with our English relatives at this property.

Family gathering in York

Plenty of space for a large group. We appreciated the en suite bedrooms. The property is well located for visiting Yorks many attractions

Ideal for getting into York attractions

Spacious and fully equipped and within easy walking distance to centre of York. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom was large enough with the added bonus of each having it’s own en suite. We had an enjoyable stay.

Lovely property

Overall the property was lovely- clean and modern. The bedrooms were a good size and all had an en suite. There is no downstairs toilet which would have been a bonus but was not much of an issue. The house was lovely and warm, very cosy, and the Christmas tree was an added bonus to keep us feeling festive. The communal area was excellent so we could all eat and relax together. The kitchen was well stocked, but no microwave per se. I think it was a combi oven but there were no instructions. The parking was not great with the initial instructions quite confusing leading us to get a ticket so be careful. There is really not much space at all to easily park 2 medium sized cars and a very small space also round the back. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

Such a lovely stay with a big group of people. Every room had its own bathroom and shower. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen and dining room is well stocked and roomy. There is a nice garden with a few chairs and tables. A nice stroll down the river walk brings right to city center. Highly recommend.
