Location is every bit as good as it seems and it all felt like a real home with extra luxuries like a proper coffee machine and 2 sofa lazy boys. Was exactly what we were looking for and can't recommend highly enough

Great house for a large family or group of friends. We were 2 grandparents with 4 grandchildren age 7-12. Had plenty of room and kitchen very well equipped. Nice garden and sunny back patio. Great position in Westward Ho! Short 7 min walk to town and about the same to the beach over the Burrows.

Fantastic property for our family get together of 8, loads of space to spread out and not get on top of each other.Kitchen really well equipped in case you want to cook which we did one night. Garden secure for the dog which was perfect. Westward Ho! Itself is a lovely little place with a great fish and chip shop, great Thai and a few supermarkets with everything you could need.

Absolutely brilliant place for a multi generational family gathering. Loads of space for people to be together, or have some time out. The location was fantastic- close proximity to so much within walking distance and lots to do a short drive away.

Wonderful holiday

The house is beautifully clean and extremely well equipped. Plenty of toys and games to keep children busy.Although we didnt use them, every type of beach accessories were available for our use. Great location, enjoyed the walk across the Burrows to the beach. Great fish n chips from the Atlantic Bay. Lots of interesting places to visit without travelling too far.

Love the house

This is the second time we have stayed in this property, we used to live in the area and know it well, this house is perfect for large groups, plenty of space and facilities for all. The house has everything you would need and more! Central location, close to the shops and beach, great if you have kids!

New year getaway.

Wonderful few days away to celebrate the new year with friends. House was just what we needed and the scones with clotted cream and jam left by the owners was a lovely touch.With the house just minutes from the beach, the cars were parked up at the start of the break and not used again until we left.Will definitely look to book again for next year.

We had a wonderful time here. The house is large and lovely and just as described. Location is perfect, walkable into the town and to the beach. We were a family of all ages and everyone had a great time. Jumping in the car brings near more activities and beaches to explore. Would recommend.

Great house for a large group

This is a fantastic house. It has spacious accommodation, ideal for our family group of 12. The hosts had thought of everything with lots of little extras such as toys and books for the children and bread, milk etc which made the house a very welcoming place. The kitchen was well-equipped and the kitchen/dining area an ideal space for socialising with us all able to sit round the table together. We loved being able to easily access the beach via the burrows.
