Super séjour chez Gianfilippo !

Grande maison séparée en 2 logements indépendants, sur un grand terrain/jardin bien entretenu, avec une vue dégagée jusqu'à la lagune. Maison bien décorée, confortable et propre. Nous avons adoré la qualité de la literie et le calme absolu : des nuits incroyables pour notre début de vacances ! 2 salles de bain, 3 WC, une machine à laver et une cuisine bien équipée. Deux terrasses et des salons de jardin partout ;-) Gianfilippo, avec lequel nous avons communiqué par Whatsapp car nous sommes arrivés un peu tardivement en soirée, est très sympathique et disponible. Très flexible aussi sur l'arrivée et le départ. L'accès à la maison se fait par des chemins de terre un peu chaotiques mais ça en vaut la peine ! Un super souvenir pour nos vacances en Sardaigne ! Merci encore à Gianfilippo et à la jeune femme qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée !

Très chouette séjour à 's Arena Scoada

Maison parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Sur le terrain auquel on accède via une route non goudronnée (+/- 1km),il y a 2 maisons attenantes, une un peu plus grande que l'autre, mais la disposition des lieux est idéale et garantit à chaque locataire une parfaite intimité. Belle terrasse avec vue sur le stagno mais très chaude en journée. heureusement nous occupions la plus petite maison avec terrasse et pinède à l'arrière où il était très agréable de passer du temps (ombragé et vent).Très bon accueil des propriétaires, Gianfilippo et Alessandra, qui sont facilement joignables en cas de soucis ou de demandes. Maison bien équipée et belles plages à proximité. De nombreux restos à quelques minutes en voiture. Théoriquement, il est possible d'aller à la plage la plus proche à pied via une strada blanca, mais pas évident sous un soleil de plomb. En conclusion, nous recommandons certainement cette location.

Wunderbar ruhiger Aufenthalt

Wir waren eigentlich rundum zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Um nur ein paar Punkte zu nennen: in den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen, die Küche war sehr gut ausgerüstet und auf der Terrasse haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Gianpilippo war toll – noch einmal vielen Dank an Gianpilippo.

Soggiorno perfetto: una casa da sogno!

La comunicazione con l’host è stata sempre precisa, rapida ed esaustiva: Gianfilippo e Alessandra ci hanno coccolato con le loro attenzioni e la loro gentilezza! La casa è splendida: super accessoriata: climatizzatori lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Ha moltissime stoviglie e tutto ciò che serve per rendere gradevole e facile il soggiorno. Le camere sono ben arredate ed i bagno bellissimi. Il giardino è curato e fresco e la posizione della casa regala la possibilità di immergersi nella natura pur trovandosi a meno di 10 minuti di auto da negozi, mare e paese. Che dire?Speriamo di tornare presto!

Dieses - leicht abgelegene (rund 1 km Landstrasse) -Ferienhaus bietet einer Familie den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Strandferien und hat einige Vorzüge: Vergleichsweise hoher Ausbaustandard, umfangreiche Ausstattung, sehr ansehliche und gepflegte Umgebung, grosszügiger Aussenbereich mit eindrucksvoller Sicht auf Feld und Salzsee, ruhige Lage, grosse Auswahl an Badestränden unter einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar, Einkaufsmarkt mit dem Nötigsten und einige Restaurants in rund 5 Autominuten, Eigentümer kümmert sich um das Wohl der Gäste und schreibt bei Fragen innert wenigen Minuten zurück. --- This - slightly abandoned (1 km rural street) - flat is the perfect homebase for family beach vacances and has lots of values: high design standard, lots of equipment, a very cosy and big surrounding for outside stay, beautiful view from outside to the field and salt lake, quiet location, big variety of beaches to reach within half an hour of car ride, market with the most things you need within 5 mins car ride, some restaurants in the wider area, the landlords cares about the wellbeing of the guest and answers/writes back within a few minutes.

Wonderful House

We were heartily welcome by Gianfilippo and his wife. They have prepared the house with some welcome gifts and nice decoration. The house is well equipped with everything. We want it quiet, and that it is. However just 20 min away from very nice beaches (Mari Ermi, is Aritas, Maimoni). We have enjoyed it very much and would recommend it definitely, however you need a car.

Location meravigliosa!

Siamo stati in questa casa purtroppo solo per 4 giorni ma ne è valsa la pena. Arredamenti nuovi e ben curati, casa dotata di tutti i comfort. Giardino immenso e posizione ottima per raggiungere le splendide spiagge del Sinis. Gianfilippo e Alessandra sono stati molto disponibili e accoglienti. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Ferienwohnung ist einwandfrei - die Gesamtlage an der Westküste nicht

Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Ist aber modern und top eingerichtet. Unbefriedigend sind die viel unbefestigten Straßen in der gesamten Umgebung, auch die, die zum Strand führen. Ein Aufenthalt an der Ostküste ist angenehmer. Auch der Ort Putzu Idu ist alles andere als empfehlenswert, Wäre dieses Haus mit diesen Gastegebern in einer anderen Lage und wir wären garantiert Dauergäste.

Great house to stay - near the beach, yet in the countryside

We stayed here for 10 days with our 2 kids and friends , who occupied the house next door with their 2 children. Both properties are a great place to relax and explore the Sinis peninsula and further afield. Both houses are completely renovated and beautifully furnished as well as equipped with everything you need. The aircon kept us all nice and cool and we loved sitting outside under the porch in the evenings with a great view down to the Salt Lake. The area itself is very relaxed and has a lovely feel to it, the local beach is great and the villages around offer a couple of good places to eat. Cagliari is only 1.5 hours and we managed a trip to Alghero (2 hours) as well as most of the beautiful beaches around. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Casa perfetta e spiagge meravigliose

Siamo stati nell'appartamento "Pineta" per due fantastiche settimane, due adulti e due bambini; la villa è come si vede dalle foto, tenuta benissimo, spaziosa, praticamente nuova; abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto l'attenzione per tutti i dettagli che rendono la vacanza piacevole e appagante, stoviglie e utensili da cucina in abbondanza e per ogni necessità, biancheria e asciugamani, arredamento moderno e curato: non manca davvero nulla! La casa è a 2 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia più vicina, in una zona tranquilla, verde e ventilata; tutte le altre stupende spiagge del Sinis sono al massimo a mezzora di strada. Complimenti a Gianfilippo e Alessandra per questa casa così autentica e accogliente e grazie per la disponibilità e la cordialità, è stata veramente una vacanza memorabile!

Das (Doppel-)Ferienhaus liegt abseits und ruhig, mit riesigem Grundstück. Sehr modern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - ein Genuss gegenüber der biederen Möblierung von manchem anderem Quartier. Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ausschilderung bzw. Wegbeschreibung sind noch verbesserungsfähig - wir haben lange gesucht...

Great Vacation on Sardinia

We stayed in June 2016 for 9 nights in this house. We really enjoyed staying there. It had everything we needed and looked well tended and quite new. The house consists of two entities. We stayed in the right one suitable for 4 persons. It has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom including toilet and shower. There is one additional bathroom with washing machine. The main entrace leads directly into the kitchen/livingroom. There is a roofed veranda in the front and back with chairs and a table. The two bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. The kitchen has everthing in that is needed: Oven, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of dishes, pots and so on. Also salt, pepper, oil and so forth were available. Towls and bedcloths were provided as well. Soap, detergent and cleaning cloth were also available. There was a laundry rack for the wet cloths. A dirtroad leads to the house. It is a very quiete area - approx. 5 minutes car drive from S'arena Scoada. S'Arena Scoada has a small beach, but we went to Putzu Idu most of the time since the beach is bigger, the water more shallow with some beach bars to get something to eat and drink. It has white sand and cristal clear water. During the whole stay Gianfilippo and his family were always available. They provided us with valuable information on beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. They also made sure someone was available upon our arrival and we could stay until the afternoon of our last day in the house. This was very nice since the ferry started rather late in the evening from Olbia. So in total it was an excellent holiday - with no shortcomings. We can recommend it to everyone.

Villa stupenda, moderna e con tutti i comfort.

Siamo stati in questa villa in 2 coppie, casa stupenda, disposizione ottima, arredamenti nuovi e ben curati, impressionante l'ordine e la pulizia curata nei minimi dettagli, casa fornita di ogni tipo di comfort, le foto parlano da sole ma supera di gran lunga ogni aspettativa.Sita in un immenso giardino,proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e attenti ad ogni minimo particolare o qualsiasi esigenza si possa avere, accoglienza speciale che fa sentire a casa propria. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere le splendide spiagge sia per avere un po' di tranquillità.Posto stupendo.Ci torneremo sicuramente e non cercheremo nessun altra casa.Soggiorno splendido

New holiday house with lots of space and comfort!

We were welcomed very friendly by the owner Gianfilippo and his wife.The contact by mail and Whatapp incidentally went very well and always get a quick response. The last part of the road (2km) is very dusty but can be driven by a normal car. Although we arrived late in Pitzu Idu we were extensively toured to the house and get a plate of Sardinien sweets and cookies as a welcome gift. It is a superb house, recently completely renovated and equipped with the latest technologies like an electric gate, airconditioning at the living room and the two bedrooms, automatic exterior lighting and a sprinkler on the green lawn next to the patio and most importantly fast wifi! It consists of two apartments and we had the apartment to the left with open terrace.The other apartment has a porch and also a backgarden with some big trees. This apartment is spacious enough for 4 people, 2 bedrooms upstairs with very quick and silent airconditioning and two modern bathrooms, both with a large shower. The open living room and kitchen downstairs is modern and tastefully decorated, omfortable sofas and dining table, excellent working airconditioning and flatscreen TV with satelite. Due to the large sliding glass door in the living room you also have inside stunning views over the grounds and even the lake! All during the day or in the evening to close with shutters and the house gives a sense of security. The terrace and garden overlooking an open field with a distant view of the lake Sale è Porcus. In autumn and spring (rainseason) on the lake there must be seen the flamningo's but in the summer the sault lake completly fallen dry. For us a disappointment, because we thought we could be seen the flamingo's. Since the garden was recently landscaping the whole is still pretty bare and especially the wind has free play. Especially on the terrace the wind can blow proprely. The terrace is a nice wooden deck with even an outdoor shower to cool off and two beds. A patio or porch outside at the terrace would be an improvement. Fortunately Gianfilioppo specially brought for us a new big umbrella as the other was broken by the wind.The kitchen has a large double fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave and plenty of cupboards , pans, crockery and cutlery, only we missed the beer and wine glasses, but there were plenty of other glass available. A modern house with lots of comfort!

We were welcomed very friendly by the owner Gianfilippo and his wife. The contact by mail incidentally went very well and always get a quick response. The last part of the road (2km) is very dusty but can be driven by a normal car. Although we arrived late in Putzu Idu we were extensively toured to the house and get a plate of Sardinien sweets and cookies as a welcome gift. It is a superb house, recently completely renovated and equipped with the latest technologies like an electric gate, airconditioning at the living room and the two bedrooms, automatic exterior lighting and a sprinkler on the green lawn next to the patio and most importantly fast wifi! It consists of two apartments and we had the apartment to the left with open terrace. The other apartment has a porch and also a backgarden with some big trees. This apartment is spacious enough for 4 people, 2 bedrooms upstairs with very quick and silent airconditioning and two modern bathrooms, both with a large shower. The open living room and kitchen downstairs is modern and tastefully decorated, omfortable sofas and dining table, excellent working airconditioning with remote control, large and well-functioning flat satelit TV with almost all foreign channels. Due to the large sliding glass door in the living room you also have inside stunning views over the grounds and even the lake! All during the day or in the evening to close with shutters and the house gives a sense of security. The terrace and garden overlooking an open field with a distant view of the lake Sale è Porcus. In autumn and spring (rainseason) at the lake there must be seen the flamningo's but in the summer the sault lake completly fallen dry. For us a disappointment, because we thought we could be seen the flamingo's. Since the garden was recently landscaping the whole is still pretty bare and especially the wind has free play. Especially on the terrace the wind can blow proprely. The terrace is a nice wooden deck with even an outdoor shower to cool off and two beds. A patio or porch outside at the terrace would be an improvement. Fortunately Gianfilioppo specially brought for us a new big umbrella as the other was broken by the wind. The kitchen has a large double fridge with freezer and plenty of cupboards , pans, crockery and cutlery, only we missed the beer and wine glasses, but there were plenty of other glass available. We had a very nice stay and we like to come back in the future!

Ein geräumiges Haus mit allem Komfort!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Besitzer Gianfilippo und seine Frau Alessandra begrüßt.Der Kontakt per E-Mail und Whatapp war übrigens sehr gut hatten immer eine schnelle Antwort erhalten. Der letzte Weg zum Haus ( etwa 2 km) ist sehr staubig aber mann kann im gut befahren. Obwohl wir spät in Pitzu Idu ankamen, wurden wir ausgiebig in das Haus geführt und erhalten eine Platte von Sardinische Süßigkeiten und Kekse als Willkommensgeschenk. Es ist ein hervorragendes Haus, vor kurzem komplett renoviert und mit den neuesten Stand hergestellt, so wie eelektrisches Tor, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in den beiden Schlafzimmern, automatische Außenbeleuchtung und eine Sprinkleranlage auf dem grünen Rasen neben der Terrasse und vor allem mit schnelles Wi-Fi ausgestattet!! Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und wir hatten die Wohnung nach links mit offener Terrasse. Die andere Wohnung rechts hat eine Veranda und auch ein Gartenmit einigen großen Bäumen. Diese Wohnung ist sehr geräumig für 4 Personen, 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit eine gute und sehr leise Klimaanlage und zwei Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche. Das offene Wohnzimmer und Küche im Erdgeschoss ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, komfortable Sofas und Esstisch, eine ausgezeichnete Klimaanlage mit Fernbedienung, große und gut funktionierende Flach Satelit TV mit fast allen ausländischen Kanälen.Vom Wohnzimmer haben Sie von Innen einen atemberaubenden Blick über das Gelände und sogar den See! Während des Tages oder am Abend sind alle Fenster und Türen mit Fensterläden zu schließen und das Haus gibt ein Gefühl der Sicherheit. Die Terrasse und der Garten ist ein offenes Feld, mit Blick auf den See Sale è Porcu. Im Herbst und im Frühjahr (Regenzeit) sollte mann am See die flamningo’s sehen, aber im Sommer ist der See komplett trocken. Für uns ist eine Enttäuschung, weil wir dachten, dass wir die Flamingos zu sehen bekommen. Der Garten ist vor kurzem gemacht und das ganze noch landschaftlich ziemlich kahl und vor allem der Wind auf der Terrasse frei spiel hat. Die Terrasse ist eine schöne Holzterrasse mit sogar eine Dusche im Freien,und zwei Liegebetten. Eine Veranda draußen auf der Terrasse wäre eine Verbesserung .Zum gluck hat Gianfilioppo speziell für uns einen neuen großen Schirm gebracht, weil der andere durch den Wind gebrochen Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Doppel-Kühlschrank mit viel Platz! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder zurück! Danke Gianfiloppo!

Sardegna la natural

Maravilloso lugar. Esplendida casa. Eramos tre personas adultas. La casa bien equipada, moderna y con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La situacion de la casa muy comoda, en un silencio natural y accesible a diferentes lugare y playas. Esta parte de Sardegna es la Sardegna "natural". Playa, mar, campo y con maravillosos lugares que la naturaleza muestra en un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. Esta parte de Sardegna es diferente a la otra Sardegna (com mucha gente, turismo y otro pulso). Los dueños amables, presentes y atentos para unas magnificas vacaciones. Gracias! lo disfrutamos mucho!!

Wonderful and very modern villa in quite and beautiful surrounding

This is a very stylish and modern, fully equipped, villa in quite countryside surrounding, yet not far from the sea. We were a family of 4 and totally loved the place! The villa has 2 fully equipped bathrooms which made it perfect for us and the children. All furniture and hardware is new and the separate AC´s did a great job during the night to keep the various rooms comfortable. Included WiFi kept the teenagers happy. Sitting on the patio in the evening and overlooking the fields with the salt laguna Stagno Sale Porcus in the background was totally relaxing after a day at the very nice beaches. Gianfilippo was the perfect host and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including introducing us to local specialties and giving information on activities to do like biking or diving. This was the best villa during our stay on Sardinia and we definitively will come back when on Sardinia!
