Wonderful stay

Beautiful views (Front sea, Back Mountains), beautiful big garden and terrace with nice little turtle. The house offers everything you might need during the stay.

The great village has beautiful walks and good food. The owners are sweet and loved our kids. Close to amazing beaches and wonderful villages. Will return!!!

Lovely holiday house

Beautiful located house with sea view, different areas to sit (garden, balcony) depending on the sun and time of day. All facilities present, very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the turtle in the garden. Owners are very nice and attentive to their guests!

A very nice happy family. They appreciated the house and were entusiastic of this part of Sardinia. The children are very well brought up. No problems arised during their staying in the house and at the end they were happy and left the house in perfect conditions. Thank you. Hope to meet you again.

The best house in town

Casa dei Cardellini is certainly the best house in Santa Caterina. Fantastic location, incredible views (both seaside and countryside), very large garden/outside space, large rooms, top level facilities. I commend Maria Teresa and Antonio for being incredible landlords and Casa dei Cardellini is the perfect base to discover and enjoy an amazing and sometimes less known part of Sardinia.

Maria Teresa’s amazing hospitality begins from the minute you book your holiday. This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house and even though this was 9 yrs ago, Maria Teresa remembered us. Her thoughtfulness extends to every aspect of the stay. We were welcomed with delicious almond cookies and cold bottled water which was very welcome after the journey. The house itself is truly wonderful with many different seating areas, inside and out, and full of gorgeous flowers, and shady trees.The house is incredibly well equipped for a holiday home. With comfortable beds and outdoor furniture including tables outside, loungers and hammocks for the garden, and a rocking chair on the fabulous balcony, overlooking the sea. The kitchen has everything you need to cook many meals. There’s so much more crockery and utensils than your usual holiday home. The Wifi works well. Water pressure is good. Everything is so comfortable.We spent many a night in the house, playing cards, listening to music, and watching the stars. Previously we did cook in the outdoor kitchen, although this time we ate out much more.They have written the most wonderful guide - all the restaurants, nearby beaches and tourist attractions are listed and described in detail. Last time we discovered some amazing beaches to return to, but would have to return every year to go to all the places mentioned. This is tuly one of the most beautiful areas of Italy and we already long to return again.

Just perfect

If you happen to find this beautiful house because it is still available, you have struck gold. We have spent two fulls weeks here end of May / beginning of June with our three young kids. The entire house and garden is very well looked after. Many and comfortable opportunities to sit outside, very nice views to the sea and the countryside. Inside as well as outside, you can feel that Maria Teresa spends time here too - there are so many lovely details, so many nice wooden furniture, and everything with the needs of guests in vacation at mind too. We have very much felt at home during these two weeks and cannot wait to come back soon :) The village itself is full of nice people, and the countryside around is just astonishing, and the most beautiful beaches not far away. And at this time of the year, the water is already good for swimming, we have enjoyed it alot. Thank you Maria Teresa for having us, you have been a wonderful host. Thank you for all the very useful information you have put together and for the excellent welcome cakes! PS: The kids loved to feed the little turtle Victoria!

Un très bon séjour !

La maison est très agréable à vivre. Il y a plein d'endroits pour se reposer, bouquiner, dessiner ou pianoter sur son téléphone dans la maison (terrasses des 2 côtés ) ou dans le grand jardin. La vue est superbe. Nos hotes étaient très aimables et attentifs. Les plages sont toutes proches, et magnifiques. C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la mer.

Extraordinaire !!!

Tout est dans le titre : location extraordinaire ! La maison est magnifique, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur, avec plein d'espaces frais et agréables. L'équipement est parfait. On s'y sent comme chez soi... et même mieux. Cerise sur le gâteau : une crique magnifique, très peu fréquentée, avec de l'eau cristalline et une profusion de poissons à 7 minutes de marche de la maison ! Location en or, à conseiller très très vivement. Un grand merci à Maria Térésa de nous avoir accueillis dans un tel lieu.

Wonderful house!

Maria-Teresa and Antonio's house is really nice, well equipped and big and the garden is great. The view is wonderful from the balcony and the neighborhood is quiet. It is well located to discover this part of Sardegna. The beaches in the surroundings are great (Mari Ermi, Is Arutas, Putzu Idu) and Maria Teresa and Antonio are really nice. A great place to spend vacation !

Un agréable séjour en Sardaigne

C'était un grand plaisir de séjourner dans la maison de Maria Teresa and Antonio. La maison est très calme avec un agréable jardin. C'était un plaisir de pouvoir diner avec une vue sur la mer. La mer est à 10 min à pied et il est très facile de se rendre dans les différents lieux touristiques de la région. Maria Teresa and Antonio habitent dans un appartement sous la maison et sont adorables et serviables.

Casa dei Cardellini (Mai 2014)

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description, le cadre est agréable entre mer et montagne. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis par Maria Teresa et Antonio qui nous avaient donné beaucoup d'informations utiles pour la préparation de notre séjour. La Sardaigne est très calme en Mai mais c’est certainement également un bon choix pour l’été pour s’y reposer et découvrir la région.

April in Casa dei Cardellini

Spent a lovely week in a beautiful house. Our children loved playing in the garden. Marie Teresa and Antonio the owners were lovely, very welcoming even brought us for a small walk on the first night. They were helpful (fixed the tv when our small child messed up the stations). It is a home away from home. Would be happy to recommend this house.

une magnifique semaine!

Cet été, nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à la Casa dei Cardellini: peu éloignée de la plage et proche des commodités essentielles, la maison traversante est située sur un promontoire avec vue sur la mer d'un côté, de l'autre donnant sur un jardin entretenu avec soin par Maria Teresa dont l'accueil a été chaleureux et très amical. La partie privative extérieure est aussi accueillante que la partie intérieure, spacieuse et bien équipée (douche extérieure, terrasse couverte balayée par une brise rafraîchissante, grill et four à pizza parmi d'autres avantages qui font de ce lieu sécurisé un havre de paix et de repos pour les enfants et leurs parents). Résider à la Casa dei Cardellini, c'est jouir de la lenteur de la vie sarde avec plaisir! Notre seul regret est de ne pas y être resté plus d'une semaine qui a passé trop vite...

Wir sind mit 2 Kindern, der Oma und uns zwei Eltern angereist - über die Ostertage. Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen und Maria Teresa war eine sehr hilfreiche und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und sich perfekt um ein paar extra Bedürfnisse unsererseits gekümmert hat. Das Haus hat uns wirklcih sehr gut gefallen, es war ruhig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und wunderbar gelegen. Die verschiedenen Koch- und Grillgelegenheiten habe Spaß gemacht. Überhaupt: Das Außengelände und auch der Balkon mit seinem Meerblick waren wunderbar. Die Kinder haben gern die Schildkröte im Garten gefüttert und wir haben das überraschend gute und warme Wetter über Ostern genossen. Im Haus sind für kalte Tage aber auch Heizlüfter vorhanden... Danke für die gute Zeit!

The weather in late March and early April is still a bit unstable. I always suggest dressing in layers so you're ready to shed it if a sudden heat wave arrives. In any case, you were exceptional guests and appreciated what Sardinia offered you during your stay. I would be delighted if you could return to Casa I Cardellini at a later time, perhaps in September or October, which I consider the best months. Haus mit einem wunderbaren Meerblick

Wir haben im September eine Woche in dem schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und liegt absolut ruhig. Die sympathischen Vermieter haben eine umfangreiche Mappe mit vielen Informationen zu Ausflügen und Restaurants etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Abwicklung war in allem professionell.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem großen gepflegten Garten. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und im Garten stehen Sitzplätze sowie Grill und Kochplatten zur Verfügung. Auf der Veranda befinden sich Sitzplätze mit Meerblick. Das waren beste Voraussetzungen für schöne Urlaubstage!

Ferienhaus in S. Caterina di Pittinuri

Dieses wunderbare Haus war der Mittelpunkt unserer Sardinienreise und wir haben die schöne Zeit hier sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde von den Eigentümern schon vor längerer Zeit gebaut und dann auch selbst genutzt. Was wir besonders geschätzt haben: Alles sehr grosszügig und ansprechend eigerichtet auf einem schönen ausgedehnten Grundstück.

Das Haus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und lässt von der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos tatsächlich so vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin ist problemlos und Fragen werden promt beantwortet. Wie hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
