Maison de ville 2 chambres, Springwood Villas, à quelques pas de la plage

53 Springwood est une maison de ville au 2ème étage avec des chambres et un mobilier récemment décorés. Le 1er étage de la maison de ville a une cuisine avec ouverture sur la salle à manger et le salon. Hors de la cuisine est une grande laveuse et sécheuse avec beaucoup d'espace de pliage. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision connectée à écran plat et d'un accès à la terrasse arrière. Le patio a un escalier en colimaçon menant à la cour et à la piscine pour Springwood Villas. Le 2ème étage de la maison de ville dispose de 2 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain privée. La chambre dispose de 2 nouveaux lits doubles et d'une grande télévision connectée pour que vous puissiez accéder à votre Netflix, Hulu et plus encore. La chambre a également une salle de bain privée avec combo baignoire / douche. Juste au bout du couloir, la chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size, une grande télévision connectée à écran plat et une salle de bains privative. Beaucoup d'espace pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter. La plage est à 8 minutes à pied. La villa comprend également l'utilisation du centre de remise en forme du Player's Club situé juste en face de la rue. Aussi à 10 minutes à pied des commerces, restaurants et épicerie locale de Coligny Plaza!

Great Location

We enjoyed a two week stay in this comfortable condo. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We watched the turtles and alligators in the park adjacent to the condo. This area is perfect for children. The pool area was nice.

Great Stay

We stayed 3 weeks in Feb/March. Very nice condo with comfortable beds. Coligny Beach, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away. Beachside staff is super attentive and helpful. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Great location and nice place

The property manager I dealt with was responsive and very helpful. The location was great a few blocks from the beach, shops and restaurants. I would suggest renting a bike from forest beach rentals, they were great and riding a bike places was fun and the best mode of transportation. Great experience and great condo!

Great location and place

The property was close to the main beach and walkable to another beach entrance. The place was spacious for my group and the kitchen was very nice. The pool is also a short walk away. There are stairs to get up to the property from the front (parking lot) and from the back (for the pool) so just be aware there are stairs. Otherwise great stay!

Spring Break 2023

The accommodations were fine, we weren’t unhappy with our stay because we love being on the Island. We flew onto the Island and weren’t able to travel with conveniences. There were limited items in the condo for use, again, this was fine considering that we were very close to shopping centers. The condo met our basic needs, but in order for me to have given 5 stars, there would have needed to be extra touches to make me feel more at home. It was quite cold a few days we were there and there weren’t any extra blankets for the bed. I missed a communication about needing to use our $70 beach credit 48 hours prior to our arrival and when I did try to book, I was being charged a $50 late fee. I am certain it probably stated that somewhere in one of the many emails I received, but I missed that detail. We didn’t have chairs for the beach and there was only one from the home owner. A beach wagon would have been a nice extra amenity. Not a deal breaker since we were all adults capable of carrying our own items. The pool area was not maintained at all. The chairs were covered in dirt and dead bugs and the wading pool was extremely dirty. I think a guy came to clean the pool the weekend before we left, so the water was somewhat cleaner, but the rest of the area remained the same. We didn’t spend as much time at the ocean with not having chairs, so the pool was utilized more and I think it could have been so much better than it was. Overall, it was adequate to meet our needs.

Great Size and Location!

We have done HHI several times as a family, and this was by far the best experience from a convenience standpoint. We have 3 boys under the age of 5 so convenience is EVERYTHING. If you can't afford or don't want to pay the ridiculous prices of beachfront living, this is the next best thing. Having a grocery store a 5-7 minute walk away, and a 10-15 minute walk to the nicest beach on the island was great. Or you can be lazy like we were and take the 1 minute drive to the Coligny Beach parking lot. Also, it looks like they are in the process of putting in a fantastic park for kids in the same area (5 minute walk). If you tire of the beach, the pool is right down those black spiral steps and was gorgeous! The condo itself was well maintained and very clean. The community pool has always been a bit of a walk from the places we stayed, so we never did quick dips or night swims. This time around it was too easy not to. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, and having 2.5 bathrooms was a huge blessing as well. We actually turned one of them into a makeshift bedroom for our 2 yo because it was big enough to fit a pack n play. The kitchen is a little tight on counter space, but we made multiple meals in there without issue. If you are doing any major cooking you might want to pack a good cutting knife and an additional pot/pan, but we made do just fine. The property manager was very friendly and easy to reach. We had an issue with our refrigerator making an odd noise when we first arrived, and they were there first thing in them morning to resolve the issue. The condo community itself was well maintained and respectful of things like pool hours/quiet hours. All in all, we cannot say more about how big of a blessing this condo was to our family, and the ease and relaxation it added to our trip. Thanks for an incredible week away! When life allows another trip to the island we love, we will certainly look here first!

Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Only .5 mile walk to the beach at Sea Side villas. About .6 mile walk to Coligny plaza. Only complaint is that VRBO has so many extra fees!!!

Bad washing machine

I wasn't able to reach anyone on Monday by calling all the numbers available, the washing machine got in locked mode and we could not get it unlocked so I lost about $50 worth of beach towels of my own.

Clean, bright and very roomy

We are a family of 3 with a teenage daughter and we loved how big this Condo was. It is on the second floor so if you don't like steps stay away. This condo is not real close to the beach but it's a 15 minute walk so come prepared. They really had everything we needed in the condo and great appliances. We do like to cook breakfast. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus!! Pool was big and really nice.
