Hilton Head est célèbre pour ses larges plages, et le front de mer est juste une courte promenade sur la promenade de notre villa. En chemin, vous rencontrerez d'abondantes espèces marines, des tortues aux aigrettes. Si vous préférez un itinéraire plus rapide, il suffit de monter à bord de la navette de la plage qui a des courses saisonnières régulières tout au long de la journée. À la fin de la promenade, vous trouverez Coco's - un magnifique bar et grill sur la plage.

Le Hilton Head Resort propose trois piscines de taille adulte (deux extérieures et une intérieure), une piscine pour enfants, une boutique de souvenirs, un restaurant et une épicerie au bord de la piscine, un barbecue, un sauna, une salle de sport, une piste de marche intérieure bâtiment trois / WiFi dans le bâtiment un - charge quotidienne ou hebdomadaire, location de vélos, six courts de tennis éclairés, terrain de beach-volley, fers à cheval, toilettes à l'avant, et un complexe fermé et gardé avec sécurité 24/7. Le golf abondant est dans les deux sens en quittant les terrains de villégiature.

Le complexe est également à distance de marche du centre commercial Shelter Cove Towne Centre A Waterfront donnant sur large crique. C'est l'endroit touristique le plus récent et le plus chaud sur Hilton Head Island. Il y a des tonnes de nouveaux restaurants, deux nouvelles épiceries (un énorme Kroger et un Whole Foods), toutes sortes de magasins, une marina, un parc, des festivals saisonniers, et le feu d'artifice tous les mardis pendant l'été.

Fun family getaway

Convenient location close to everything. The property had everything needed. The short walk to the beach was scenic and enjoyable. The indoor pool was a great option when the weather was cooler. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Accommodations

Nice place close to everything on the island. Deli/bar at the big outdoor pool is very nice with friendly staff. Nice walk to the beach on the boardwalk along the marsh with some nice wildlife viewing. All in all it’s a nice place.

Perfect for our short visit

We had a wonderful time staying here. Our family of 5 fit perfect in this condo. The condo had everything you would need. The indoor pool worked out great as weather was a bit chilly! We loved having the two restaurants on site.

Fall break

We went for a long weekend during fall break. There was a cold snap so the beach was only good for walking. The indoor pool came in clutch for our kids. Great stay!

One room was not as advertised. The listings details did not state that there was a shared laundry room for each floor that cost extra to use. This info would have been helpful to know. Overall, we enjoyed the facilities. The beach is a short 10 minute walk down a nice boardwalk. We liked the indoor pool area and workout space.

Family vacation 2024

It was an amazing stay! We had to go through hurricane debby but still had an amazing trip! Indoor pool was our best friend for a couple of days! Nice clean condo! Had enough space for our family of 5! Definitely will come back!

Comfortable and accommodating

Our family enjoyed the comfortable and accommodating stay. It was on the fourth floor so elevator access and availability with other patrons was a challenge appreciated all of the accommodating items that made our stay pleasant related to the beach or cooking or towels. Everything was thought out well, and the renovations were nice.

Best place ever

The apartment was clean and has everything we need and more. They left a cart to use at the beach and some beach toys for the kids. We have everything we need the pool we’re awesome and the store at the pool area had everything you can possibly think and good prices. The security of that place is good they are always around making sure you need anything.

Beautiful stay!

The host was awesome, they answered my calls and texts extremely fast. The room was as pictured, and the resort staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The screened in balcony was great because we didn't have to worry about bugs while we hung out on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and bowls we needed for our stay, that was an added convenience. My kids had a blast at this resort, the three pools were all awesome and fun. Would definitely recommend this resort for families.

Enjoyed our short stay

We loved our stay here! The listing was exactly as described. The unit itself was just like the pictures. I did have to replace the batteries in the bedroom TV remote, and the 1 ply toilet paper went really fast but otherwise everything was great.The complex itself is older. The elevator is really slow so plan for that in your travels. The beach isn't really close but a quick golf cart shuttle, gets you closer. Overall we had a great time!

Great stay for a quick get away

The complex is old but the grounds and the buildings, gardens and pools seem to be well maintained. The unit was nice, comfortable, and fit the description in the post. I only wish we had a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a communal laundry room on the floor but it was rather pricey. I did not use the laundry room. Since we only stayed 4 nights, it was not a huge inconvenience. I would stay at the same place, same unit again.

Great Location

We were very happy with the villa and it had everything we needed. Lots of towels were provided and that was a nice surprise. The proximity to the beach and the pools was perfect. My only critique is the bunk beds need to be replaced ASAP. They are too squeaky and rickety. They bang the walls and squeak all night. My kids refused to sleep in them and opted for the couch. Otherwise the villa was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Condo review

The condo looked just like pics and was just what we needed. I have 2 issues, 1 was the check in process and 2 was the elevator temp. It was soooooo hot in the elevator. The check in process was horrible. Our name was not on our reservation twice trying to check in, even when we were told it was. We were not able to check in until after 5pm. It was very stressful. Once we were in it was great.

Unfortunately the computer system at the security gate was down, and caused a delay in this guests check-in. That is not typical, and we apologize for the inconvenience. I am glad they enjoyed their stay otherwise.

Family vacation

This was a great family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed property. Not super super close walk but doable and beautiful scenery on boardwalk. Good value and clean. Would definitely come back!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought this property because it had everything we needed/wanted. The location is close to everything--grocery stores, restaurants, marinas, entertainment.
The complex has an indoor pool for those colder winter days (warm by Illinois standards) and outdoor pools to soak up the great South Carolina sun. The boardwalk is an amazing place to view and learn about nature. We just love seeing the changes in the seasons in the marsh area. Great bird viewing. This is our dream home away from home and a great place for our children and grandchildren.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love the fact that I don't have to cross a street to get to my beach. Our beach is located between Palmetto Dunes Golf Course and an inlet. Singleton Beach houses are next to the inlet and our beach. This makes our beach very private, but a decent walk takes one to the action of the nearby hotel beaches.
