Encosta da Marina is superbly located only a few hundred meters from the Marina de Lagos with its lively selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. It's also only a short stroll to the supermarket and the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment is fully air-conditioned with a large balcony with built in BBQ. From the front entrance of the apartment block there are about 5 steps up to the front door of the apartment, once inside to the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all modern appliances, there is a door out from the kitchen onto the terrace with a built in BBQ.

The living area is large and airy with a spacious lounge and a dining table and 4 chairs, there are 2 faux leather sofas and a flat screen TV , there is also an IPTV system in place with all free view UK channels, BBC and ITV, the living area had patio doors leading out to the large balcony with a built in BBQ and an outside dining table and four chairs for some al fresco dining. From the balcony you can see over towards the Marina and town of Lagos.

There are 2 bedrooms the Master suite has a King size bed and the twin bedroom has 2 single zip lock beds (please notify us of your preference of this room being a double or twins in advance) the en-suite has a bath and over head shower. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a shower room located in the hall. Both bedrooms have windows that have a view out towards the direction of the pool area, due to the high hedge surrounding the pool there is no pool view though.

This apartment also has access to the roof terrace that boasts some stunning 360 degree views over Lagos and towards the Meia Praia beach.

The pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
