En face de la plage et à 5 pùtés de maisons des magasins et des restaurants du centre-ville, cette maison est parfaite pour tous ceux qui viennent profiter du soleil et des vagues de Jacksonville Beach. La maison est équipée de tout, des serviettes aux bols. Il y a quatre chambres, dont 3 avec lits queen et 1 avec 2 lits superposés pour les enfants. La cuisine design ouverte - le salon est idéal pour regarder le match ou simplement se promener par une journée d'été paresseuse. Il y a un canapé géant en forme de L qui est idéal pour la sieste. L'intérieur de la cabane en rondins date des années 1920, mais les salles de bains et la cuisine ont toutes été mises à jour en 2017.
Il y a trois places de parking sur 6th Ave. Sud en face de la maison, mais il y a beaucoup de stationnement sur la 7Úme avenue. et de l'autre cÎté de la rue au parc.
Il n'y a que quelques critiques à ce jour, mais nous avons beaucoup de bonnes critiques pour nos autres locations à la plage. (numéro de liste # 555045 et # 972423).

Great location!!

You couldn’t ask for a better location than this! Just across the street to the beach. The house was great and the owners are wonderful! Unfortunately, my husband and I had to leave early but our son and his family stayed the rest of the week. They loved it. A lot of good restaurants and a grocery close by. The beach was never very crowded. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available at the house. The owner checked in to make sure everything was going well and had left some beautiful flowers to welcome us. The couch in the living room was so comfy. I think all 8 of us could fit on it. Would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location!

As they say in real estate, this was a prime location with ample parking and cozy comforts. Right across from the beach such that you could walk barefoot across the street and steps from the beach. The house had a walkaround porch where guests could sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The cozy couch is ample sleeping for 2 or 3 and there is plenty of seating everywhere. The bedrooms go on and on down the hallway with 3 bathrooms. There is a bbq grill out back with a picnik table. Everything we needed was present and stores and shopping are within biking distance. Hospitality is at its greatest on this gem! We all had a great time!

Annual Family Gathering

Fantastic place

I rented this location to be near where my daughter was getting married. It was a perfect place. it is very clean and love the decor. The back patio was nice to sit outside and chat while enjoying a drink. The manager was extremely quick on communicating with me when I had any questions. It is so close to the beach and they ended up getting married just across the street on the beach. Thank you Mary!

Wonderful place for FL Beach getaway

This was the perfect place for my big family to stay and be steps away from the beach! The house was clean, had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. Check in was so easy, and both ladies were very nice! We will definitely stay here again and had the best vacation here!

SORRY to say but it does need a some " TLC ".....DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE....A LOG CABIN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR( even though the yellow siding covered most of the outside)...WOW.....DIFFERENT.....needs some shade for this time of year....hot,blazing sun isn't fun to sit in or play in....didn't want grandkids outside to long... brought a canopy for shade...a lot of traffic on the street(1st street) facing the ocean ( of course it was 4th JULY week).... GREAT LOCATION....everyone was ecstatic about that.... OVERALL GOOD STAY

This location is perfect for those who want to attend the many music festivals and events at the beach. Easy walking distance to town and across the street from the beach there is no reason to miss a thing that Jacksonville Beach has to offer.
