This condo is awesome!!! This was my third time staying there. It’s beautiful and clean, it has everything you need and so close to everything. I highly recommend this condo. I will definitely be booking it again next year. We absolutely love it!!!!

The location of this condo was perfect! We were able to walk to the Main Street in Gatlinburg which was beneficial because finding parking is a challenge. The condo was very clean, providing for a comfortable stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with, responding to our inquiries within a short period of time. We were happy with choosing this condo and would definitely stay again.

We chose this property because of its proximity to the convention center. It was the best decision. Our teammates were jealous of the convenience of the location and the fact that we nerve had to drive. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. A bonus was the clear view is the 4th of July fireworks right from the lawn! Would highly recommend this property and host!

Wonderful condo in downtown Gatlinburg. Clean with lots of supplies and plenty of room. Host was very responsive and helped with check-in. Only very small complaint, there is no closet in the 2nd bedroom. It was locked and probably used for storage? Everything else was amazing.

Our stay was very comfortable. We would book here again. We do wish it was mentioned in the listing that if you walk anywhere, the drive is a steep hill. The condo felt clean overall, but there were a couple of spots that may have needed a little extra attention. Kitchen has all the things needed to cook meals. The host was very clear and effective in communicating procedures, access codes, and any other accommodations. My kids enjoyed the pool. Great location overall!

My husband and I are retired. My husband was a vice president of Human Resources for major corporations. He grew up in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona. My background was in payroll and also Human Resources. We have 6 children and 13 grandchildren. (a lot). The picture you see above was taken in downtown Gatlinburg in the fall. Being a native Californian I must say my favorite season in Gatlinburg is the fall when the leaves are changing on the trees.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We purchased an investment in Crossville, Tennessee 7 years ago. We started visiting Crossville and made some friends in Knoxville that took us up to visit Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. They introduced us to several couples that own Condos at Summit Manor. We fell in love with the people from the South and also the town of Gatlinburg. To us it's a cross between Main Street/Disneyland and Nashville. We had the opportunity to purchase a Condo at Summit Manor and we jumped at it. We love to visit Gatlinburg and do so at least 4 times a year. We decided to rent our Condo out when we are not in town to give other people the opportunity to experience the town. We know you will fall in love with it just like us.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The elevator to get to the front door is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and our doorway is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair to make it easy to get through our front door. Restaurants, bars, entertainment, winter and summer activities, shops, Moonshine tastings and Wine tasting within minutes of the Condo.
