- Groups / young people <25 years are not allowed in this holiday home
- Pets are not allowed in this holiday home
- Bed linen rental is compulsory. Please bring your own bed linen for the camp bed.
- Renting towels is optional, costs 9.50 euros per set of two towels. S.v.p. at least 1 week before arrival.
- The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay.

The Happy Family House holiday home is not called that for nothing; it is a real family home suitable for young and old.
The house is cozy and comfortably furnished, has a lovely garden, lots of play equipment for children of all ages (including table tennis, table football) and is a short cycling distance from the beach and the pleasant center of Vlissingen. Here you can shop and the Bellamypark has nice restaurants and terraces. On the boulevard it is wonderful in the evening to take a walk, grab a terrace or get an ice cream. Middelburg, Domburg and Veere can all be reached in about twenty minutes by car.

The Happy Family House holiday home has a fully enclosed south-facing garden that offers a lot of privacy. You can enjoy the sun here early in the spring, but you can also find a shady spot if desired in high summer. Through the hall you enter the living room with an attractive sitting area, dining area and semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. From the living room you can go to the backyard through the garden door. Next to the living room there is a double bedroom. You reach the floor via the stairs in the living room (no child fence) Here are two bedrooms and the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, sink and toilet. There is sufficient private parking space in front of the house,

Holiday home Happy Family House is a nice, comfortable family house with an ideal location a short distance from the beach and town. The house is in a residential area. The house is suitable for couples and for families with children. From Vlissingen you can discover the entire island of Walcheren by bicycle.

Das Ferienhaus war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit Viamari hat hervorragend funktioniert. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man in 10 min an dem Strand fahren. Lebensmittelläden sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ansonsten befindet sich das Haus in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Für uns hätte es noch etwas sauberer sein können.

Ein schönes Haus mit niedlich angelegtem Garten und vielen schönen Spielsachen für Kinder aller Altersgruppen (Maltafel, Stifte, Spiele drinnen und Sandkasten, Tischtennisplatte, Multifunktionstisch ect. war alles vor Ort, das fanden unsere Kinder ganz toll 👏 Die Lage ist eher städtisch und das war für uns persönlich nicht ganz so schön aber okay. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Allerdings war das Haus nicht ganz ordentlich gesäubert, der volle Putzeimer stand mitten im Flur und im Bad fanden wir Haare und Staub. In der Küche ebenfalls und das sollte gerade in Küche und Bad nicht passieren. Generell hatten wir den Eindruck, dass eher etwas „schnell“ durchgewischt wurde anstatt gründlich zu säubern.

Haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!
Großzüge Räume mit viel Platz. Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Super ist die große Garage zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern und Auto-Träger. Gleichzeitig auch einige Spielmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis und Tischfußball in der Garage vorhanden. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen und Terrasse mit Bestuhlung, Tisch und Sonnenliegen. Hervorzuheben ist der prima Mückenschutz an vielen Fenstern im Hause - sehr hilfreich. Kurze Fahrstrecken zur Stadt, Strand oder auch Radfahrnetz (Knotenpunktsystem sehr empfehlenswert) sowie Supermärkten und Bäcker (Piet Danne). Klasse war auch die Lieferung einer Tageszeitung, allerdings nur 4 deutsche TV-Sender (ARD/ZDF/WDR/RTL) Marianne war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, um unserem Teenager das Einzelzimmer bereitzustellen. Auch bezüglich der Abholtage Müllabfuhr (waren nicht eindeutig im Plan verzeichnet) half sie weiter. Haus in sehr ruhiger Wohnlage mit ausreichenden Parkplätzen.
