Cosy family house, close to the beach, enclosed garden and your dog is welcome

Note, extra house information:
1. Two dogs max. are allowed in this holiday home, against payment of 35 euros per dog
2. Unfortunately, groups / young people <25 , are not allowed in this holiday home
3. Rent of bed linen is mandatory.
4. Renting towels is optional, costs 10 euros per set of two towels or you can bring your own. Please notify us at least 1 week before arrival.

Holiday home New Dawn is an attractive family home with an ideal location. The house is located in a quiet, green area within walking distance of the beautiful extensive forest and dune area of ​​Oostkapelle. You can walk to the beach in about fifteen minutes, the beach is approximately 900 meters away from the New Dawn holiday home. In ten minutes by bike you will be in the village centre where you can find several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. You can reach Middelburg or Veere in twenty minutes by car. Furthermore there is a golf course in Domburg which is just five kilometers from the holiday home. From Oostkapelle you can make the most beautiful bike rides and walks. Serooskerke has a very nice outdoor playground for children, De Jonge Johannes. Parents can sit here on the terrace.



Holiday home New Dawn has a lovely, enclosed, spacious garden with a large lawn and therefore plenty of space for children to play. At the back of the house is a covered south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun early in the spring. 

You can park your car on private property at the side of the house. There is room for 2 cars. When you enter holiday home New Dawn you will come in the hall that gives access to the living room. Here you will find an attractive and comfortable seating area by the fireplace. There is also a cosy dining area overlooking the backyard and an open kitchen with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Through the sliding doors in the living room you will enter a sheltered and covered terrace. The open staircase in the living room (which is not specially secured for small children) takes you to the first floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower and sink. In the hall on the ground floor there is a separate toilet. Please note, there is only 1 toilet in the house. 



Holiday home New Dawn is a nice family house, close to the beach, very suitable for one family or a couple. We consider the house most suitable for up to 4 persons. We recommend the house to anyone who likes an attractively furnished house, who wants modern comfort, peace and space, but who does not need lavish luxury to enjoy the holiday.
