As with any feedback of this nature, we will address the specific points raised with our cleaning team, as this is not reflective of the standard we consistently achieve at Stamp Howe. Regarding the dishwasher, we believe this may be what you are referring to as the "washer." There are no faults with the appliance, and had we been made aware you were having difficulty operating it during your stay, we would have been very happy to talk you through it. As mentioned in response to your previous review, what you experienced in the kitchen was the RCD safety switch tripping when multiple high-load appliances are used at the same time — this is a built-in safety feature rather than a fuse blowing. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay whenever something isn't quite right, as we are always on hand to help and would far rather resolve things in the moment.
