My family and I enjoyed our stay that we extended for another night. What I saw in the photos were exactly what I see. Clean and well kept. The living room is very spacious and with lots of light coming in which we liked. The carpets in the living room looks new and the house is very will maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a delonghi coffee machine It has a washing machine as well as a dryer It also have a baby chair for my grand daughter who could use it when having her meals. I will not hesitate to recommend my friends and will surely book it again when I come back to Windermere Thank you for hosting us and giving us a very memorable holiday

Amazing place to stay, in a beautiful location. The kitchen and dining area had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be coming back!

This house is fabulous. Very modern , light and spacious. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Beautiful enclosed gardens and great social spaces . Location is in close proximity to the town a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. We had a lovely family break here and would love to return.

Fabulous stay with Extended Family

We traveled to the Lake District from the US to visit family and have them stay with us. The house has plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The property was gorgeous and the location was so convenient to walk to food and drinks. Our kids loved all the games and toys. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect holiday house

Spacious and beautifully appointed house ideal for our gathering of friends. The large kitchen diner was ideal for relaxed cooking and spending time together with plenty of cosy corners for quiet times. The table football was hilarious! Plentiful parking made life easy and the quiet location was great to retreat to after a day in the glorious Lakes.

New Year 2023

Stayed four nights in this fantastic property over the NewYear period with family and friends. The property had everything you need plus more and was very spacious for eight people. The location was great and it was a short 10min walk to the centre of Bowness. I know it’s trivial but the kettle broke and after a quick email a replacement was with us after about 3 hours, excellent service. Will look forward to returning in the near future.

Beautiful, light and bright property

We loved our stay here. Excellent location, it was just a short walk to shops, restaurants and a lovely walk up the hill to a super viewing point. Highlights were the many floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, bringing in maximum light. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding clean and crisp. Plenty of towels were also provided. The speaker in the kitchen dining space gave good quality sound, although we were unable to link the surround sound speakers in either of the tv rooms, despite following the instructions several times. The fridge was dirty on arrival but this seemed to be mainly due to the poor design of the drawers, making them difficult to clean. A bit dusty in places and the main patio could have done with being brushed before our arrival. The hot water ran out several times, it would be better if it was programmed to stay on for longer or upgrade the boiler to provide hot water throughout the day. The heated towel rails did not come on, despite following the instructions in the user guide handbook. Blinds in the bathroom would have improved privacy. Thank you for our welcome hamper which was generous and tasty, especially the delicious fresh bread and pot of tasty jam. We all felt that, whilst a few tweaks would make this property exceptional, we thought it was good value for money and would recommend it to others. Thank you!
