FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN GREAT BLACKPOOL LOCATION FEATURING JACUZZI BATH

A majestic and lovely apartment with feature decorations and a jacuzzi located in the Blackpool Centre. Near to many lovely attractions and a 1-minute walk from the sea and also close to Blackpool's famous promenade.

This is a 2 bedrooms apartment that is located on the first floor of the building that can accommodate up to 5 people for 1 double bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed set up in the living area.

The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard and is well-equipped for an incredible stay. It has a well-equipped kitchen including an electric oven, hob, fridge, toaster, and kettle. The separate bathroom features a jacuzzi bath with an electric shower.

Free on-street parking is available and a complimentary WIFI connection for your convenience which streams Netflix and YouTube!

Not as described
No hot water, cheap & broken furniture, stained mattresses, broken sofa bed, no TV - only Netflix, unreliable WiFi, neighbourhood felt unsafe.. Complete lack of communication from Host when I began to complain and point out issues. Initial communication about hot water simply told us to reset boiler with no explanation as to how - when this didn’t work we were told to just use electric shower- when we explained that the shower only ran hot for a maximum of 90 seconds we were ignored! Even Vrbo communication has been poor - they just keep saying to contact the host, when our online chats got cut off (due to bad WiFi) they just closed my complaint the first time, second time they sent an email asking us to reply and they would respond immediately but I got no response from that, they just keep passing the buck over to the host, which is where we have the problem in the first place! It feels like we’ve just been ignored and have lost our money.

Poor standard
This has to be the worse standard of accommodation I’ve stayed in. I’m not sure when it was renovated but it wasn’t recent. It’s poorly maintained. Which needs only a day spending on. WiFi was poor and couldn’t even the usual channels on it. Clearly furniture and fixtures have been damage or worn over time. Even the sofa visibly two in the photo only one on arrival for 3 people staying. The convenience of location and the fact we were out most of the day. Made it bearable. Wouldn’t book again

Clean but rough around the edges
Accommodation was clean enough, beds not very comfortable and the sofa bed is uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep on. It had good lighting but was missing information on how to work central heating and jacuzzi. Things were missing like tea towels, cleaning products, cloths and a small amount of toilet paper and paper towels were provided. Keep in mind it's on the 1st floor and we also had trouble locking the door from the inside.

Easy tram ride away to illuminations
Property was clean but a little rough around the edges, I was worried about the check in as they text you code 15 minutes before your check in time. So if you book make sure you have a fully charged phone with the correct mobile number on your account, also bring toilet rolls, cleaning cloths and tea towels as they aren't provided. The hosts answered queries before the trip but weren't any help when I contacted them after arriving to say that the front door was unable to be locked from the inside. The base of the kettle was also missing. The sofa bed/couch was very uncomfortable so don't plan on sleeping on it and there wasn't bedding provided for it. The property wasn't as spacious as the photos look but it was fine for us as we were out and about for most of the day.

All I can say is well done to the photographer! I was well and truly hooked in. The property is down at heel on entrance and didn’t improve on accessing the flat. I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

Our cleaning team and handyman services ensure that the place is always well maintained. We have enhanced cleaning protocols in place that are obeyed by our amazing cleaning team.

The entry to all apartments is contactless. The Keys are accessed through the key safe with no contact with others in order to make the stay as safe as possible for everyone.

We also have all the apartments self-contained, so there is no sharing of facilities between guests.

Our office looks after customer experience to make sure that each stay is enjoyable and presented to an excellent standard.

Feedback is much appreciated as we strive for constant and never-ending improvement.
