From the hallway, guests can access the lounge and bedroom. The bedroom of this modern one-bedroom apartment has the added benefit of a workspace/dressing area. The kitchen/living area of the apartment has sofa and fitted Smart TV onto the exposed brickwork wall. The ultra-modern shower room of this penthouse apartment is accessed through the kitchen.

Each apartment in Laurel House benefits from a Smart HDTV, workspace with convenient sockets, free Wi-Fi, washing/drying machine and warm lighting. The large bedrooms benefit from comfortable double beds, Egyptian cotton linen, blackout curtains and Bluetooth speaker sockets. The kitchens in each apartment are equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooking appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
