Ce paisible condo au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage surplombe les magnifiques mers bleues de la cĂŽte nord de Kauai. SituĂ© Ă  Princeville; Ă  quelques minutes des magasins et de la cĂ©lĂšbre baie de Hanalei. Également en quelques minutes, vous trouverez le Princeville Spa, le tennis, la gastronomie, la randonnĂ©e et bien sĂ»r la CĂŽte-Nord immaculĂ©e
des plages qui attirent des visiteurs du monde entier.
Princeville abrite Ă©galement deux terrains de golf de classe mondiale (Ă  seulement trois minutes du condo).

Vous pouvez vous détendre sur votre propre véranda privée et écouter le surf de l'océan tout en regardant les baleines (mois d'hiver) et les oiseaux marins danser sur les alizés. Profitez de belles vues sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre et disposez de votre propre siÚge privé pour admirer les spectaculaires couchers de soleil de Kauai. Vous pouvez également vous rafraßchir dans la piscine privée ou vous détendre au soleil avec un bon livre si vous le souhaitez. Ou barbecue à la piscine.

Location is amazing. Beautiful view! Easy to access, good WiFi (update instructions on VRBO though - instructions at home are correct), and hassle free stay. Glad to have access to chairs, and other items. Made the beach days great!

The place was not very clean, so much dust on the fans, didn't want to turn them on. Left the rental and came back and it seemed someone had been in there, left a yeti cup.. so ended up removing the lock box key. View was great but ...

The property has a wonderful location, with all rooms facing the ocean. Beds are OK, although it would have been nicer to have a king. bed in at least one of the rooms. The owner provided plenty of bedsheets and towels. Sadly, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned but truth is that the owner was given a very short notice about our checkin, so she most likely didn't have time to do a proper cleaning. Luckily, we had access to the cleaning supplies so we did the cleaning ourselves. Not exactly what you'd like to do on your vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was so quiet and peaceful. A great location with very well maintained grounds. The views from every window are amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The view is great, the place meet all of our needs. The place is dated, specifically the kitchen. It’s nothing fancy but for the price it was fine. The place could be cleaner but it was terrible.

Amazing View!

This older condo was offered at a reasonable rate. It does have some updates and some older aspects, but overall a clean and reasonably nice place. Sitting on the deck and watching the wave roll in; or looking for whales was the BEST! We did see afew whales one morning!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The view is the only thing good about this place. After many booked stays this has been the first one where I have complained. Especially because of the pricetag. Arrived to a dirty home and an unresponsive host. The kitchen is not just old (old I can do!), it was unkept. There was leftover crumbs and all of the dishes had to be hand washed before using. The dishwasher was not workable and all of the appliances were dirty. We found a tupperware of old food in the cabinet. There were hairs found in the bathrooms and were also unclean. We ended up wiping down all surfaces. We ended up booking another condo 1 day in because we would not have had a restful vacation because of the state of the home. Our host offered to have the cleaner come back, but there was no way this place could be cleaned in a condition to stay for money spent.

The view is beautiful. The place was very uncleaned. I went and bought and Clorox wipe and wiped thing down. The microwave was gross. Looks like eggs was exploded in it. No bathroom amenity except towels. Silverware, pot pans, dishes
you name it, it was food, residue on it and dirty! We have to watch everything before we use it. It is very different than our rentals in the past! I feel like this is a timeshare condo and when people come over, they didn’t take good care of it. They just left it.We didn’t take any photos. We did take a video when you check out.

We loved staying at this property. The ocean view is amazing. We didn’t have any issues with the condo that we needed to contact the owner about during our week stay. We would stay here again!

The View

The is view worth the price of admission! Whether sitting on the lanai or lounging in the bedrooms, you’ll have an incredible view. There is a grocery store around the corner so you can stock up for the stay. We used the condo as a jumping off point for the whole island. I highly recommend!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Alii Kai condo's. The condo was located in a great spot for us to do all our favorites...hiking, surfing and relaxing on the beaches! The unit was clean and had every amenity we could ask for.

only because we are farmers on the side. I sell Kauai property and Dick also makes some of the best surfboards in the world. Both of us have loved the lifestyle of Kauai and plan on many more years of this beautiful island.

We love Kauai and also have a home in the area. So many wonderful beaches and the best of weather too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Listen to the surf outside just a few feet away. I love how it does not face into the sun and stays cool all year around. Also close to the pool so I can use it at night also. We love the fact that it is on the top floor and we don't get the noise of anyone walking on top of us.
