Ca' Almar is a villa with a modern structure and a welcoming air that enjoys a strategic position, 500 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center of Es Pujols, the heart of the nightlife. The area is quiet and the villa is single but not isolated, plus it has private parking. Simple but with all comforts, the villa has a porch with a table overlooking the garden with wonderful flora and a private swimming pool with relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and sofas. Internally it stands out from traditional village houses but maintains the atmosphere of the island. From the entrance you immediately enter the comfortable living room connected to the kitchen and the three bedrooms, all three double and illuminated by windows and French windows. The two bathrooms are both equipped with shower and toilet, in addition we have an additional external shower. To crown the modernity of this house is the presence of wifi and air conditioning. In the house and in the garden, absolute privacy is guaranteed, and therefore the possibility of practicing naturism.

What a fantastic house for a family vacation. The property is so relaxing and has everything one could need for a perfect stay. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent and they made great suggestions during our trip. We will definitely be back!!

Great villa in great location

We stayed in the villa for 5 nights and had an incredible time. It was nice to have plenty of space for 6 people and a to have plenty of outdoor space and a pool to hang out. The location is fantastic, only 10-15 minutes walking to most of the restaurants in Es Pujols so that you don't have to drive at night. Laura and her team were very helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

We were disappointed with this property. Considering the very high price, the quality and comfort were far below our expectations.The house is smaller than it appears in the photos. There is only one air conditioning unit located in the living room, so the bedrooms have no air conditioning at all, which makes sleeping uncomfortable during the summer. On top of that, the bedrooms cannot be properly darkened as there are no blinds, so they become bright early in the morning.There are only two bathrooms for three bedrooms, which is not ideal for a house of this size and price. The beds were also of very poor quality, more like what you would expect at a summer camp than in a premium holiday home.The pool is small and not particularly comfortable to use. The furniture was of poor quality and showed significant signs of wear and tear. Another downside is the access road to the property. Although it is a two-way road, it is only wide enough for a single vehicle. It is extremely narrow, so if you meet another car coming in the opposite direction, passing each other becomes very difficult and quite stressful.Overall, this house is significantly overpriced for what it offers. We expected a much higher standard given the nightly rate, and unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend it.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questa villa a Formentera. La struttura è splendida, curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle dell'isola, ma allo stesso tempo garantisce tranquillità e privacy. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari per la loro disponibilità e cortesia. Un'esperienza indimenticabile che consigliamo vivamente e che speriamo di ripetere presto!

MERAVIGLIOSA

Come famiglia con 3 figli adolescenti, abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in questa casa confortevole e bellissima, completamente attrezzata, non ci mancava nulla. Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina con la sua spaziosa terrazza solarium. La casa si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dall'accogliente villaggio di Es Pujols, con bei ristoranti e bar. E in auto, l'intera isola è facile e veloce da girare. La comunicazione con la proprietaria della casa, Laura, è stata molto facile e piacevole, così come quella con il manager Luis in loco. Ci piacerebbe tornare in futuro per goderci di nuovo questo bellissimo posto. Grazie ancora! Anneke

Großartige Lage, gute Ausstattung

Die Finca liegt super ganz in der Nähe von Es Pujols. Man kann die Straße runter zum Chezz Gerdi spazieren gehen, sehr ruhig. Leider gab es keine Sonnenschirme. Aufgrund der Wärme war das auf jeden Fall ein Punkt, wenn man mit älteren Personen und Kindern reist. Auch auf Nachfrage wurden leider keine gestellt. Die Finca war gut ausgestattet.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (Dolce Gusto) - es gibt sogar einen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank im Außenbereich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es ist genauso schön, wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu Laura und Marco. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. :-)

Semplicemente spettacolare! Casa bellissima, pulita e attrezzata per ogni necessità, in una posizione perfetta. Abbiamo soggiornato in diverse case a Formentera, e questa non la batte nessuno.
