This Georgian townhouse is in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and can sleep 13 people in 6 bedrooms.
Seasides is a Georgian townhouse situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from incredible views either of the harbour or beach. The townhouse can sleep 11 people in 2 king size, 1 super king-size, 1 king-size âhalf-testerâ, 1 super-king size (twin single) all with en-suite showers and 1 double with single bedrooms as well has a family bathroom and shower room. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining/sitting room. Off road parking for 1 car and an external decked area with furniture. Seasides will suit perfectly for large groups looking for a property close to the beach and town centre. Please Note: From start of Nov 2025 until mid 2026 there will be noisy pile driving work taking place on Weymouth peninsula near the pavilion. A few hundred yards from the property. This will involve minor traffic diversions. You should bear this in mind if booking over this period. Note: A good housekeeping bond of ÂŁ250 is required.
Note: Guests need to provide their own cot linen.
Note: Parking for two small / one large car, measurements 4m length (when gates are in use) x 2m high x 4m depth.
Property provides two on road parking permit for Zone F - Town Centre (subject to spaces being available) expiry 30/03/2026 subject to council renewal.
Please Note: Please kindly refrain from using BBQ's at this property due to the resin surface on the yard and a timber deck.

A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged âIsleâ of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardyâs âCasterbridgeâ, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!
