We arrived at the villa near sunset the sunset over the infinity pool is the best view in Argaka, I have been to this villa before with family who owns it they are lovely people, the villa felt like home, a beautiful home, comfy bedrooms, spectacular views especially at sunset, I would make this my home forever!

The villa was perfect for our family holiday.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. Upon arrival, we entered the villa and it was lovely and clean, fresh bedding and towels in all the bedrooms, even extra towels for lounging around the pool. It was ideal that we all had our own ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we really appreciated the water dispenser/ice machine on the fridge freezer. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit together without feeling cramped. The pool area was amazing and was used by all the family. We spent a lot of time sitting around the pool making memories. The location was perfect as it isnt too close to the hustle and bustle of the towns, and not to far to the local bars and shops. We would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family

We had the most amazing time in Villa Minoas! The villa was spotless, and had more than everything we needed, wonderful grounds, pool, sea view, everything! We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool and the kids also loved the pool and played there all day long. Plenty to do in the local area. Walking distance to tavernas, bars, groceries, and the beach made our holiday unforgettable. Overall a perfect property and a perfect location, we loved it and we will come back for 2 weeks next summer.

Relaxing

Great location away from hustle and bustle. Easy to find and easy to get to Latchi fir all the water sports etc. Sun beds at villa are dated and weren’t enough usable ones for whole group as broken ones in underground storage and not replaced. Beautiful villa location and sunset views .

We marveled at every detail around every corner. The villa was really stunning! When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean, smelt lovely, and was restful at night. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. Just a few minutes walk and you are at the center of everything: beach, tavernas, bars, supermarkets, and bakeries. We loved our time in Cyprus and we will return.

My family and friends (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 under 11) really enjoyed our stay at Villa Minoas. The villa really is lovely with plenty of space.The view is great and the area is really quiet. A car is a must! Negatives;- Charging for air conditioning in the living room seems a bit of a reach considering the price of rental. - The description says there is a safe. If there is one, it’s a very safe safe as nobody could find it!- Whilst there is a bath, there is no bath plug, so you can’t have one! - You can walk to the beach, but it’s 20 minutes by foot. - Overall, the villa is lovely and clean, however it would benefit from a bit of TLC. Some of the lights outside have blown, the pool repairs could do with finishing. The rail closest to the pool is loose. The sun beds are on their way out and could do with replacing. Even with the negatives, we all really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Die Ausstattung der Einrichtung ließ leider unter Berücksichtigung des Mietpreises zu wünschen übrig. Küchengeräte (Basisausstattung fehlte) , die Spülmaschiene versagte, Sonnenliegen sind sind in die Jahre gekommen, das Wohnzimmersofa war geschlitzt und hier und da traten Fliesenschäden auf. Auch beim Grillen am Grill mußte man improvisieren. Kurzum, eine Restaurierung täte der Einrichtung, die ansonsten sehr schön liegt, einmal gut. Ein Plus für den/die Mitarbeiter/in vor Ort hinsichtlich der guten Betreuung sowie dem Pool. Leider keine weitere Anmietung sondern dies eine Straße weiter. Ansonsten war die Erholung im Lande sehr gut. sind in die Jahre gekommen,

Overall we had the perfect holiday and really enjoyed it. Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. Most of the time, we spent in the outdoor area, swimming in our private pool, sunbathing, and preparing meals. Also, the views from the terrace toward the sea were superb. We visited the Baths of Aphrodite, Akamas, and also Kremiotis waterfall and spent an amazing time together. The agents and staff were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. Thanks!

The villa and the area were perfect for my family. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Excellent swimming pool with a sea view! We enjoyed a memorable sunset while sitting on the terrace and watching the sea. Nearby are some restaurants with really tasty specialties. While we were there, we took a boat tour and enjoyed the beauties of the western coast of Cyprus which can not be missed while you are there. We will come again!

Excellent facilities, great location, and lovely staff. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated as was the nice pool and the covered terrace for meals. The kids loved the pool and we felt very safe in the privacy that offers this property. Also, the nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk from the property. Thank you to everyone who helps to have an amazing holiday!

An honest review. Needs upgrading and a good clean.

18-25.9.22 a very abridged review due to limitation on number of characters used. Property space is good, great views and peaceful location. However... Dated and requires maintenance and upgrading- kitchen doors hanging, knob missing from hob, nasty drain smells from bathrooms and dishwasher. broken plaster around the edge of the pool, and upstairs. Wood is peeling etc. Two spa baths dirty and shower curtains disgusting, neither worked. All the bathrooms need deep cleaning. The kitchen basically equipped, and would struggle to cater for 10 guests e.g toaster is tiny two slot model and the coffee maker would only make about 4 cups, picnic set only for 6. No soap in bathrooms, no washing liquid or cloths in kitchen. Two scruffy old stained tea towels. 1 bin bag provided for the kitchen and none for bathroom bins. No basic items such as salt, pepper etc. Take it all if you want to cook. The washing machine not in kitchen but in the pool pump room down the steps in the garden. Took us ages to find it. Pool area generally clean, although tiles need a clean, used sticking plasters left by pool and random flip flop floating. Didn't look like the pool was cleaned prior to our arrival. No maid service as described, despite being told by Agni travel she would be in mid week with new bed linen, and a general clean. My bedsheet had a hole in it. Flashing light in pergola took a week to fix, having chased Agni Travel twice, was therefore unable to use this area in the evening. The barbeque and pizza oven not located in garden but across access road to two other properties. Weird, you have to stand on the road to cook. There is plenty of space to have this in the garden so no idea why it would be across a road. Again we didn't use this. The property not “child friendly”. Treacherous steps in garden, and a drop of about 18 inches off the patio and in car port with no safety handrail. No playground as described. If you want a spacious location where everyone can have their own space, that is quiet with lovely views, and don’t mind a slightly neglected villa, this is the perfect place for you. If you want to be closer to nightlife, shops etc, this is not the villa for you. Would we use this villa again? Probably not, as there are plenty more to choose from in the area which look better maintained.

Stunning villa in front of a magical view !!! Equipped and equipped with everything a family need...

Stunning villa in front of a magical view !!! Equipped and equipped with everything a family needs, clean, well maintained, perfect and very fun pool (reaches a depth of 2 meters), with another part suitable for small children (about half a meter deep) pastoral quiet and amazing yard, walking distance of 15 minutes walk to the sea. Located in a complex of three adjoining villas, but each has privacy. One of the bedrooms is on the entrance floor, so anyone who has a problem with stairs is a great solution. We will definitely go back there :) It is important to note that if you are without a car you should stock up in advance on everything you need because the nearest grocery store is 3 km away ... The villa is in Arca, in an area with mostly villas, an hours drive from Paphos. Also suitable for Shabbat and kosher observers, we were in the villa for a number of days including Shabbat, we easily prepared the kitchen (there are even 2 sinks), and we found a creative solution for light in the refrigerator. The only thing we got involved with on Saturday was the signs of the air conditioners that were set to turn off and on at certain hours and since we did not know in advance the air conditioner turned off for us in the middle of Saturday ... besides everything was perfect !!

The best part of the holiday was the service received from Agni Travel. I really appreciated your quick responses to queries and your contact during our stay to ask if we needed anything as well as the local area guide which was very useful. Villa was just what we had hoped for. A real heaven on earth! We really enjoyed stunning sea views while swimming at the pool. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the near sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool/patio area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The Villa itself is spacious with a great layout and extra amenities ( garden area, BBQ, sea view balconies, etc.) Overall this magnificent villa was well worth the rental price and our group absolutely fell in love with this place as we didnt even want to leave! We will love to visit this golden luxury place again in the future.

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and the views from the terrace/pool were breathtaking. Villa Minoas was perfect with absolutely no issues. It deserves a 5***** star rating. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are of a good size, with nice sea view balconies. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful location only a 3-10 minute car trip from the bustling centers of Argaka and Polis which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We had a nice holiday there and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy the most beautiful Villa you could imagine. Stunning sea views! The Villa Minoas and Argaka made our holiday perfect! The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Argaka-Paphos very friendly and a local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).
