Luminoso bilocale completamente ristrutturato, arredato con gusto e semplicitĂ  nel cuore del quartiere di Porta Venezia, perfetto per coppie e famiglie in vacanza a Milano, ma anche per chi viaggia per business e necessita di un alloggio in centro ben servito da mezzi di trasporto. L'appartamento puĂČ ospitare un massimo di quattro persone.

The Space:
Luminoso bilocale completamente ristrutturato, arredato con gusto e semplicità nel cuore di Porta Venezia. L’appartamento ù composto da un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, Tv Lcd, cucina abitabile con fuochi a induzione, forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, camera matrimoniale con armadio a tre ante, bagno completo di doccia e sanitari, un ampio ripostiglio contenente la lavatrice e due balconcini che si affacciano in cortile e uno su strada. 
Nei dintorni: 

Il quartiere di Porta Venezia dista soli venti minuti a piedi dal Duomo e si trova a pochi passi da una delle piĂč note arterie commerciali della cittĂ , Corso Buenos Aires. Nei dintorni sorge lo splendido scenario naturale dei giardini di Porta Venezia, dove Ăš possibile fare jogging, lunghe passeggiate nel verde o portare i bambini a giocare all'aria aperta data la presenza di diverse aree gioco. L'appartamento Ăš inoltre molto vicino alla Stazione Centrale dalla quale si puĂČ raggiungere in treno qualunque destinazione in Italia o all'estero, e si puĂČ raggiungere inoltre gli aeroporti milanesi di Linate, Malpensa e Bergamo Orio al Serio. L'immobile si trova esattamente in via Lecco, una delle strade piĂč in voga nella movida milanese, ricca di bar, ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. Nelle vicinanze a pochi passi ci sono diversi supermercati dove trovare tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, come ad esempio Carrefour in via P. Castaldi, Unes in via Melzo, ed Esselunga in viale Piave.

Locali notturni e ristoranti: 

via Lecco e le vie limitrofe sono ricche di ristoranti e locali alla moda, dalle cucine etniche ai sushi bar, dai locali per aperitivi alle vinerie; alcuni nomi: Frank, Step, Churchill CaffÚ, Mono, Lecco Milano Dry, Antrosibilla, Joya, Lucca.

COLD SHOWERS!!

So the area was decent and had a fair few bars and restaurants near by! However, you are directly above and outside a busy bar and area that are open till about 2/3am. The accommodation itself was a little lacking! I say this because on the pictures everything is fresh and new whereas when you get there it’s not quite the case! The sofa didn’t really sit right so just slid off of it because the bottom part where the sofa bed comes out of it had fall off and made it not sit right! The rest of the living room was spacious and nicely decorated! All kitchen and pantry facilities were great but could’ve done with atleast a salt and pepper in the kitchen as fully equipped for cooking but you would have needed everything from scratch to do anything! On to the bathroom! There were a few amenities provided and a hair dryer too! The actual vanity area was lovely very clean and modern but the shower is where we found our problem! It could’ve done with a bit of a better clean but our main problem was that besides 1 shower in our entire stay we had no hot water! When we first realised there wasn’t hot water we contacted the host and they sorted it later on that day! But that water lasted for 12 hours and we were back to cold! At this point we just committed to cold showers as it should’ve just worked in the first place!

We booked because of the described location
 all true
except the property is on the second floor of a few bars and outside eateries that remain open and noisy every nite til 2am. The noise and lights are very annoying and deal breakers for sleeping. The apartment is ok
mostly clean except for the shower ( very moldy) and the mattress is very low and thin.( very uncomfortable, and the bedroom overlooks the restaurant/bars. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs. Location is great for walking everywhere. Internet was good. Clean kitchen. Unfortunately, a few hours after we checked out I realized I had left my wedding band on the nitestand and I called and texted the manager immediately to please go and secure it before it disappeared. But it was never found. Very upsetting.

Not a stay for quiet nights

All in all okay in a vivid area. We had 3 nights full of music and party downstairs. Okay if you have a good night sleep, but hard if you need it to be more quiet in order to sleep. The shower could need a clean up - everything else was fine. The area is great - you have everything you need.

Die Wohnung liegt gut, die Kommunikation und die Übergabe des SchlĂŒssels war gut organisiert. Ein SchlĂŒssel ist zu wenig. Wir hĂ€tten 2 benötigt. Das Bettzeug fĂŒr ein 2. Bett war nicht vollstĂ€ndig vorhanden, die Wohnung hat unzureichend schließende Fenster fĂŒr den sehr hohen LĂ€rmpegel in der Nacht von der Straße. Das Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis stimmt nicht. A wet stay

Although the property manager isn't responsible for the water accident in the house, we would have expected that the buckets and towels are changed and respectively the floor cleaned. I think it s not the task for the paying guests to handle this on a sunday morning. Some of our clothes went wet and the use of the kitchen was not possible. Until today there was no apologize and we were left in uncertainty about possible danger in the kitchen, e.g. the electricity. For that reason we better kept to stay outside the apartment. The usual decency in such an incident would have been at least to offer a part refund without saying anything. We cannot recommend this company and would suggest to stay at a normal hotel.

Clean apartment with a great location

Apartment was clean and just as described. It was close (couple blocks) to the metro so it was perfect to get around and see the sights and find nice places to eat. Has working AC so that was nice for the heat.

Clean and convenient apartment in Milan

Great location in a quiet neighborhood (although there is a restaurant below). Very close to tram and metro lines. We stayed on the first floor (up three sets of stairs), and although the building does have an elevator it does not stop on the first floor. This was not a problem for us, but be informed. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of restaurants, and markets close by. We will definitely return on our next trip to Milano.

Incredible stay

This was pretty fantastic. Our favorite place to stay during our 17 day trip to Italy. Front door was a bit small for my 6’5 frame to fit through and would have been nice to have an elevator. Had to carry luggage up 3 flights of VERY narrow stairs. But apartment was perfect. Lots of room. AC worked perfectly. Highly recommend. Trainst was within a few minute walk. Very handy.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Wer es sehr turbulent möchte, sollte diese Wohnung buchen. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants. Dementsprechend ist es bis 04:00 Uhr frĂŒh sehr laut. Leider gibt es keine Schallschutzfenster.

beste Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in dem Appartement. Von dort aus sind alle Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar. Auf der Straße ist richtig was los. Einige Bars mit ebtsprechendem Nachtleben und die Matratze ist sehr weich. Die Fenster sind allerdings super schalldicht. Und wer kommt schon nach Mailand um zu schlafen? ;-) Wir wurden sehr nett vor Ort empfangen und alles lief sehr unkompliziert ab. Vielen Dank!

Nice place in a lively area

Check-in was very easy; the host met us at the apartment on the day of arrival and provided all of the necessary information. The apartment is quite large and very clean, and it is located near many restaurants. We had a problem with the shower drain breaking, but the host responded quickly to provide a temporary solution. The only real issue we had was that it can be loud because the location is right above a restaurant. We stayed Saturday through Tuesday and Saturday was very loud until around 2 am. We were exhausted from the day so we slept through most of it. The rest of the days were tolerable since everything was pretty much closed by 10 pm. I would recommend this place if you are staying any day but Friday and Saturday unless you are a heavy sleeper or plan to be out until late.

Great location and appartment

We had a great 2 night stay. The location was perfect, we could walk to centre or use metro just round the corner. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Marco was a responsive and very helpful host. Would recommend.

Excellent - just excellent!

The apartment is spacious and well laid out and was exactly as the pictures suggested. The area is lively (in a very good way!) and, with the windows onto the street open, we could feel very much part of local life. And when we didn’t want to participate, the closed windows kept all noise out. We had a marvellous time here. Marco was very helpful on arrival and we felt that, had there been any difficulties, he would have helped out immediately. The apartment is very close to a metro station and made an excellent base for our exploration of Milano.
