L'appartement est situé dans une charmante cour du début des années 1900, a été entièrement rénové et se compose d'un salon avec cuisine, canapé-lit confortable et table à manger, une salle de bain avec douche et une chambre double (avec matelas deux carrés de haute qualité). Au centre mais très calme et paisible grâce à la vue intérieure, avec climatisation et wi-fi haut débit.

Lit bébé et chaise haute disponibles sur demande.

L'appartement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur.

À la maison, vous trouverez: TV LED et Netflix, wi-fi, fer et planche à repasser, machine à café Nespresso et américaine, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, micro-ondes et de nombreux guides de la ville. Draps et serviettes, shampoing et gel douche sont fournis.

Host was excellent!!! The apartment was well located and central. The furnishings were quite worn and the bedding and pillows were worn out and stained. The apartment can use a painting and refresh. Not as bright and clean looking as the photo.

Dear guest, thank you very much for your kind words regarding my hospitality and the apartment's central location. I am sorry to hear that the space did not feel as 'fresh' as expected. We have actually just replaced the sofa and several other furniture pieces to enhance comfort. We also recently installed new LED lighting systems in both the living room and the bedroom to make the apartment much brighter (perhaps you didn't have a chance to turn them all on!). Regardless, I take your feedback about the linens and the paintwork very seriously; these are already scheduled as our very next steps to ensure the apartment stays in top condition. Thank you for helping us grow and improve.

Well appointed apartment in good location

The property is well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host left a few snacks as well as tea and coffee, which was very thoughtful. The location is great - it is an easy walk or tram ride into the centre of town. The check-in process was easy, with everything ready as promised.

Nice apartment in a great location. Landlady always quickly reachable on WhatsApp. Also usable for four people, if you are only a few days on site. Very nicely decorated and everything necessary is available.

Perfect Location

Recently stayed at Enrica’s place when visiting Milan. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to the Metro, shopping and Duomo. Easy check in with excellent directions on how to access from the train station which made it super easy. The apartment is small but we did not spend alot of time in it! Enrica was very accommodating with a later check out and responded quickly when messages! I would stay here again.

Small but ver nice one bedroom apartment

We enjoyed the two night stay here for Milan. Small but clean and has everything, kitchen, dinning area... It is in walking distance to the duomo, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Costello Sforzesco... You do not have to use public transportation for major attractions. It is a very good space for one or two people.
