Le Kihei Sands Condominium est situé directement sur l'une des meilleures plages de Maui, Sugar Beach. De notre piscine en bord de mer et de notre terrasse avec barbecue, vous pouvez pratiquement toucher la plage - propre, sablonneuse, peu peuplée et s'étendant sur des kilomètres dans les deux sens. À quelle distance se trouve la plage? Littéralement environ 6 pieds! Nos patios et pelouses sont idylliques. Profitez de chaque matin avec du café fraîchement moulu et chaque soir en regardant un coucher de soleil spectaculaire pendant que vous grillez le dîner et sirotez une boisson.

We could not be happier with Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos (B5) Everything was so well laid out. They had everything you could want and need for your stay at the beach - from beach chairs and towels to a curling iron and hair dryer! The place was very clean and so comfortable. The beach is perfect, soft sand and no rocks/reef near swimming. We were in Maui at a very unfortunate time weather wise (rain and cold for almost our whole trip) we would have been devastated if we had been trapped in a hotel room. It was so great to have such a nice place, and at least we got to enjoy the beach/pool on the last couple days. Kihei is the best spot on the Island weather-wise. When everywhere else was still raining it was dry, and I guess that how it usually goes. It is also very central. We could easily drive up Lahaina or down to Wailea or across to Pa'ia. We can't wait to come again!

It was perfect for our group, great beach access from the condo. Beautiful court yard in the front with seating. Perfect size for four people, condo was extremely well equipped for groups.

This was our 1st time staying in unit B5 and it did not disappoint . The unit was well maintained and had everything we needed for our family of 4. We love having lots of lounge chairs out by the beach to enjoy relaxing and reading while listening to the ocean and watching the sunset . From the quiet and beautiful sugar beach to the well maintained grounds it is one of our favourite places to vacation and it will certainly not be our last time here .

It has a quiet, family feel - the courtyard area often had families grilling, eating, just steps from the water front. The grounds are lovely and the view from the patio is breathtaking. We loved catching crabs and taking long walks on beautiful Sugar Beach. Extras like nightlights, ceiling fans, a/c in each room, beach towels, ice maker, condo sand toys, beach chairs, and floats, made our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and afforded us separation from the girls with their bed and bath downstairs and our upstairs. The condo had air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and updated baths and kitchen. There was also a laundry room which was nice to have. The condo was right on the beach, and there was a cooler and umbrella in the closet for beach use, also many communal pool floaties which many people used taking their young children to the pool.

Great location, intimate complex.

The whole stay was wonderful. As soon as he walked in the door, my 14-year-old son let out an audible gasp as he loved the unit and the view. The complex is a smaller development which is nice as it means you can get to know the other guests very easily in the lawn area or by the pool. free coffee is provided every morning and your only steps from the beach. Management was super responsive to any questions and the location is fantastic. this particular area of sugar beach is good for swimming and paddle boarding but not really a snorkeling location. I picked this spot as it is centrally located and makes going to Kapalua Bay or doing the road to Hana very accessible. The unit itself was very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. There are lots of chairs, noodles, snorkels and goggles available for public use as you had to the beach. under our bed there was two additional beach chairs and an umbrella. it is a compact 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit but there is still plenty of room for four people. The upstairs bedroom is on a loft which is open to the downstairs. You might want to grab the "non-master" suite downstairs that has a door if you're going to be having sexy time ;) I rented paddle boards which you get for 24 hours which is more than enough time so if you make friends with somebody in the complex early on you can either split the cost with them or share the paddle boards with everybody. The parking lot is a little bit tight but manageable. A+

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I only spent one night here, I will cancel future plans and come back to this little slice of paradise! Nowhere else on island compares to being right on the water and only a few steps to the beach from each and every condo. Look no further for the perfect place for spending time with friends and family. My only regret is that I didn't find this gorgeous property sooner! Staff has decades of experience on island, and is eager to share their knowledge - bonus!

OK stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mother and I stayed in B5. The unit, while cozy, was clean and well equipped. The balcony was small, so we enjoyed sunrises with our morning coffees in the common patio area. Other than that we didn’t spend a lot of time there because there were larger families who often had someone loudly speaking to family back home on speakerphone calls which was not pleasant to listen to. The beach out front was nice to look at but we preferred driving to swim at other beaches that had clearer water with less rocks. The pool was smaller than expected and not enticing so we didn’t use it. We rarely saw on-site staff and when we stopped in to ask for some snorkel recommendations she wasn’t very helpful. It was convenient having some beach equipment that was within the unit, though would have been nice to have unit-reserved folding beach chairs as the common area shared ones were tired and rusted with broken straps.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Kihei Sands condo! The location is central and close to everything and the property view was excellent! We loved being right on the beach and the condos came well equipped with anything we may have needed. Condos were clean, provided extra sheets, towels, etc and loved how well the ac worked (especially after a hot day at the beach)! Couldn’t recommend more!

We are so very sorry you had such a dissatisfying stay! It appeared that your extended group was having a wonderful time while staying at Kihei Sands whenever we chatted with you. We also wish you would have notified our staff of any problems since they would have immediately assisted you and dealt with the issue. The tropics do bring out little visitors which is why we have a very intensive pest control program throughout the building. We apologize that we didn't meet all your needs during your stay.
