Superb, fully-renovated 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment on the 5th floor of Block C, in the beachfront Skol Building. With wonderful views over the Mediterranean, and communal gardens and pools.

Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with Smart TV with UK channels, and access to the large terrace; fitted kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, and washing machine; bedroom with twin beds; and bathroom with a shower plate. The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout, and Wi-Fi connection.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

The Plaza de Los Naranjos (Orange Square), an example of the urban reorganisation carried by the conquerors, hosts the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall), built in the sixteenth century and enlarged in the eighteenth. A stone's throw away stands La Encarnación Church, a stunning temple whose construction dates back to the seventeenth century. The Old Town is a tranquil refuge with a unique atmosphere of blended cosmopolitanism and tradition.
