Dear Stephen, we are so pleased you enjoyed your holiday at Maison Jasmin and thank you so very much for looking after our home during your stay, we appreciate it very much! It is correct that we only have air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we didn't think guests would want to sit in the house during the day or evening with all the doors and windows closed, which would be necessary for the air conditioning to work. We do appreciate however, that during the height of the summer it does get very hot, but we find that if you keep the shutters closed during the day if you are out and about, that does keep the house cool for when you return in the evening. If you ever visit the area again, we would be delighted to welcome you back as guests in the future. Best wishes, Dawn

La panne a commencé juste avant votre arrivée et nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu la faire réparer pendant votre séjour. J'espère que ça n'a pas causé trop de problèmes. Concernant la climatisation, nous avions espéré avoir la climatisation installée pour cet été, mais c'était trop difficile à organiser sans être réellement là, car nous vivons au Royaume-Uni. We will be visiting ourselves in September so we will be replenishing any missing kitchen items/utensils etc. We are very sorry to hear that you thought the cleanliness of the kitchen appliances was below your expectations. We do encourage our guests to contact our Property Manager, who lives just 10 mins walk away, if they have any problems or if there is anything they are unhappy with and this can then be rectified during their stay. Dear Constanze, I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Maison Jasmin and that you felt the house had everything you needed for an enjoyable family holiday. You are right about the road, it isn't a main road, but there are just 2 roads in and out of the village, which the locals use for their daily commute. But, when you have the air conditioning on overnight, with the windows closed, you don't hear anything, so you can sleep soundly.
