Incredible views, such a lovely place and almost better than the description. Spyros was so helpful and did everything to make our stay as good as it could be. Great local town. The beaches are pebble and you’ll need a car to get around but highly recommend!

Everything was amazing. Spyros helped us get airport transport, a rental car, boat trips, & restaurant reservations. Made the trip feel less stressful. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved our stay!

The view was absolutely stunning & Spyros was very prompt at replying & looking after us, emptying bins daily, clean towels every 2-3 days. Taverna Votsalo only a few minutes walk away & excellent food. We are here quite a lot as other local one was closed. Pool was lovely & well looked after. We also loved the local cats who visited. Very peaceful location but a car is essential to get around.

Lovely villa, quiet location but with the most stunning views over the bay! The hosts were fantastic, Spyros could not have been more helpful. The villa was clean, the beds were so comfortable and having the various snug spaces in the villa and the main terrace plus upstairs balcony left us plenty of space to be together and to have some quiet spaces. The driveway is steep - practice your hill starts if bringing a manual car but you park right up at the villa with any shopping etc. There is a lovely taverna and a coffee bar down the road, a short walk but just factor in the steep descent down and then back up again!We loved our stay and having found this place, we hope to be able to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa over May half term and Xenofon & Spyros are exceptional hosts! The villa is spacious, clean, well equipped and has the most stunning view of Turtle Island. The pool is huge and we had a great time swimming with our son. All bedrooms were clean and beds comfortable. This is a beautiful part of the island with great access to the beaches and restaurants. Definitely give this a solid 10/10 and highly recommend! Thanks for your hospitality, Xenofon & Spyros!

Amazing property and views of Turtle Isalnd

The host and property staff were awesome. We had the best stay in Zakynthos. Thanks Xefonon for coordinating our rental car and boat excursions. The pool was refreshing after returning to the villa each afternoon. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa!

We loved our stay at Exension Villas! Spiro and Xenophon were SO helpful every part of the way, from booking excursions pre-arrival, to recommending restaurants while we were there. They made us feel welcome and accommodated our every need. The view is spectacular and the area is a hidden gem! We can't wait to return :)

Island Holiday

Terrific stay in a modern villa with a perfect view. The host and crew were so attentive and friendly and we absolutely loved the island and had a great experience. If I had one tiny request: English instructions for the washer. That’s it!

Great R&R stop!

We had a great stay on Zakynthos and the villa was perfect. There was a water leak the morning we were leaving that was an inconvenience, however they working on repairs immediately. Spiros, the onsite contact, was super friendly and helpful...my kids cried that they missed Spiros when we left. Communication with the manager was prompt and helpful!

The nicest people on the planet!!!

Everything was just PERFECT! My husband and I, we travel a lot, and this stay was by far the most amazing experience ever! Property Owner and Manager are the nicest and most accommodating people ever. Villa was perfectly clean and comfortable. Pool incredible! Views, atmosphere, FOOD!! JUST WOW!

Amazing

This villa was so incredibly beautiful. The view was breathtaking to wake up to each morning. The communication was impeccable. The moment I texted regarding anything we needed, there was a response and action taken. Loved that there were a few taverns in walking distance (a little steep at times). The location in general was great especially if you like it quiet and peaceful. It did take a bit of a drive to get to some of the things we wanted to do on the island but the villa was so perfect it was worth it to me. Will definitely stay here again!

Unique Villa

You will love the view from this Villa and this property does not lack in places that you can sit and look at the view. The pool was a nice added feature and we wish that it would have been a little bit warmer to enjoy it. The Villa is very unique because its layout includes 3 floors. For those who have a difficult time with steps may want to consider this if booking. But it is really is a beautiful Villa. It was clean and spacious.The owner met us upon arrival and was very attentive throughout our stay. We had our own parking space right next to the Villa. Several restaurants were within walking distance if you are able to walk hills.We would definitely stay here again if we are ever on the island again.

Wundervoll gelegene Villa mit absolutem Traumausblick und der absolut liebenswertesten Umsorgung und Gastfreundschaft , die wir je erlebt haben.Schon lange vor der Anreise bekamen wir von Besitzer Xenofon die herzlichsten Informationen in einer Top Geschwindigkeit. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, vom Ausblick, von der Größe, von dem wirklich sehr grossen Pool mit gegenstromanlage, Pooltüchern etc, und natürlich dem sensationellen traumhaften Ausblick. Der wirklich überraschend schöne Marathias Strand ist näher und schöner als gedacht gewesen und da er etwas versteckt liegt, war er Menschenleer. Das wichtigste was aber zu erwähnen ist, ist der gute Geist Spyros, der rund um dir Uhr versucht alles erdenklich mögliche zu tun, damit der Urlaub so großartig wie möglich wird. Spyros ist ein so herzlicher Mann, den wir vom ersten Augenblick in unser Herz geschlossen haben. Er organisiert alles , was das Herz begehrt und kümmert sich wirklich reizend. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt, was an der Villa mit dem wundervollen Blick, und aber auch an der unglaublichen Herzlichkeit und der top Organisation lag.Bei strömenden Regen organisierte uns Spyros Holz und machte uns den Kamin an..z.b. !Xenofon organisierte uns zwei wundervolle private Bootstouren, die auch unvergesslich bleiben werden.Wir sind sehr schweren Herzens abgereist und wünschen Xenofon und Spyros das allerbeste und sagen bis bald!
