The property is situated in a fabulous location. Close to a large supermarket and all bars, restaurants, shops. The beach is a 5 minute walk too.The view from the terrace is spectacular- you can enjoy your morning coffee looking out to sea and watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool area is peaceful and there are plenty of sunbeds available. The kitchenette has everything available if you wish to cook a nice meal to enjoy on your terrace. The washing machine is handy if you need to freshen your clothes as there is a 15 minute cycle.The Bathroom has a large walk in shower, plenty of hot water too.A Bedroom with very comfortable beds and ample wardrobe/drawer storage.A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Fabulous sea view from the balcony and great sun bathing area around the pool. Very close to all amenities, yet quiet at night. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay.

Fabulous holiday let

This lovely apartment had everything we required & more. It's in an ideal location with superb views from the balcony & in a well kept complex. Cait was so helpful from start to finish & prompt to respond to any queries. Thanks, we had a wonderful time and would certainly book again.

Goodlocation, Clean, reasonably well maintained. We had a heat wave which made the bedroom unbearable with little ventilation.

Hi Pamela. We have just replaced the Air Conditioning unit to the highest tech spec version so the cold air travels further. When there are heatwaves which we find only happen a few times per year in July and August then we find it’s good to sleep in the lounge on the double sofa bed It’s comfortable and also very new to the apartment. New Year trip

Wonderful stay at this lovely property. Very clean, lots of towels, nice comfortable beds. Water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc which is a lovely touch. Had a problem getting the box for extra channels to work but not sure if we weren’t doing it right. Would certainly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Return stay didn't disappoint

We booked this apartment as our last stay was perfect. Unfortunately due to it's popularity we could not return sooner but we eere delighted that it was as good ss we remembered. Spotless apartment and complex, location brilliant and facilties excellent. We would highly recommend this apartment

We already had the keys from Cait so no check-in was needed, we just opened the front door. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. The balcony was excellent with good views all round and facing south got the sun all day. If you don't want to eat on the balcony the table and chairs need to be moved inside but that is easy enough.The location was excellent,very close to a supermarket and an easy walk to the promenade and into Los Cristianos and Playa. Bear in mind that if you have a car as we did parking was not always available close-by and that was in early December. You will always find a spot but be prepared to walk 10 mins or so. Overall an excellent place to stay.
