Great home for our family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful area of Rancho Mirage. The home was spacious to accommodate all our sleeping arrangements and family gatherings in the greatroom. We enjoyed the pools and the many outdoor sitting areas. Truly a wonderful home and would recommend to others.

Hi Linda, Thank you for the wonderful review. We take a lot of pride in caring for our guests and want everyone to have a 5 star experience. Our unique layout of the 4 bedrooms, each in different area of the home, is great for families as well as groups of golfers, who often stay with us for long periods of time. The 2 story great-room and the vaulted ceilings in the main dining room make the place feel very spacious and I am glad you liked that. I hope you enjoyed the quiet outside from the 3 waterfalls as well and the unique koi pond. We enjoyed hosting you and your group and hope to see you again in the future.

Weekend getaway

We needed to be in the desert for my son's tennis tournament. We could not have been happier with the house or how easy it was to check in. The owners were very communicative and so nice. We would love to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Great experience, great property.

The property was absolutely amazing; you just have to see for yourself. Only thing to keep in mind is, A/C is controlled by the owners; so you will need to text them if you want the temperature to be moved up/down by more than 2 degrees.

Hi Rahul. Thank you for the 5 star review. We are glad you loved the home. I think you were a bit confused by the new Nest thermostats. Any guest can control the temperature in both the a/c units. I know that guests like yourself, coming from cold climates, often dont have this type of updated system, but our guests really love the upgrade. Hope we will see you again soon.

Weekend Getaway

We had such an incredible time on our getaway. Everything about the house was PERFECT! We’ve been hesitant to travel due to COVID, but the house was spotless. There was ample space for our two families to vacation comfortably. The backyard was a dream. The kids basically lived in the gorgeous pool. Chaz reached out a couple of times to ensure everything was great, which definitely impressed us. We’re already planning our next visit to this beautiful home.

Rancho Mirage

Great house, the place was beautiful and everything worked perfectly. Great location, access to restaurants, shopping etc. Incredible outside yard and swimming pool area!!! Wonderful Host who was easy to get in touch with, and made sure we were happy. Personally greeted by Marty who toured the house with us and answered any questions. The house is great for a big family or just a peaceful getaway for two!! We'll definately be back!!! Thanks to Chaz for making the process so easy. Sincerely, Larry

Corporate Golf trip

This was my first time palm springs and the Rancho Mirage was a roomy , clean and had a great backyard for relaxing and cooling off.

FAMILY TIME

Great escape for the New Year. The house was very nice and well suited for our group, but some facilities were not as luxurious as described: The Kitchen is old, Oven was difficult to operate, and dishwasher not well installed.. Some window blinds in master Bedroom did not operate.

Thank you for the review Oren. The "old" kitchen is in fact one of the most complemented features of the home. It may not be your personal style, but the features like the Wolf stove, Australian blue-marble counters, custom cabinets, and Sub Zero refrigerator are all products that are all still being used installed in luxury homes today. The top-of-the line Wolf oven is super-easy to operate and all just push-button. Many of the blinds are electric and just a simple push of a button on the wall. You probably are just not used to these high-tech features. All you had to do is call the house-manager for assistance at any time and she would have been happy to assist you.

A perfect family holiday

I can’t remember a better family vacation than the one we spent at this property. It’s a beautifully kept house on a large property with amazing views of the mountains. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. The house had plenty of space for our family of 8, and we made wonderful memories around great food, swimming, and hiking in the nearby hills. Thank you Chaz!

Wonderful, Clean & Pristine Home

I cannot say enough good things about this home! My family and I stayed during covid (6 of us total). It was the first time we had all been together in quite some time, and this house was a perfect place for a reunion. The backyard is a dream. Heated pool, beautiful multiple patio areas, even a cool coy pond! One unique feature is that the shrubbery surrounding the house is really well thought out in that it blocks out the right amount of sun to still get sunshine while not getting overheated and still being able to see the views of the mountains. The interior was wonderful. Nice large rooms, easy to use air conditioning, Roku/Netflix/etc. in every room and a great kitchen that leads into the fam room. 5 start accommodations in my humble opinion!

Amazing home

This was our second time staying this home and I can emphasize enough how happy we are to be here. This property is amazing and we truly had the time of our lives. Home is spacious and so well put together. Kitchen is fully stocked. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Thank you for providing such a great space.

Weekend Getaway

We love this house. This is our second time back and we will continue coming back to this property. Chaz and Marty are fantastic and left us two big bags of ice for our weekend! There is a Gelson’s market extremely close to the house. The pool was the best and we spent all weekend in it and had a blast. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great vacation house

Great place for our family getaway, kids spent all day in the awesome pool, and the house has tons of space set in a quiet residential neighborhood. Chaz was super responsive and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful oasis in the desert

I stayed with my family (6 of us all in) and had a wonderful, wonderful time. Chaz (the owner) is a fantastic host - it is obvious that he loves and cares for the property and wants his renters to have a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful. It's tucked away on a side street and is private and peaceful. The property also has a relaxing koi pond and a wonderful view of the mountains. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spacious house with great backyard!

Had a great stay in Rancho Mirage. House was spacious with a great backyard and pool/jacuzzi. Owner was quick to help increase pool heater temp when we asked. Thank you Chaz! Perfect for a cold night. One recommendation is to add more lighting. Some of the lightbulbs didn’t work and rooms were a bit dim but overall ammenties were great. Would recommend to friends.
