Welcome to Bermuda Bungalow! This is your perfect home for relaxing with family and friends. Located inside the gates of Bermuda Dunes Country Club, this private luxury home offers everything you need for your friends and family to have an amazing vacation! Perfectly located between La Quinta, Palm Desert, and Indio, this retreat offers a stunning and HUGE back yard pool oasis, covered patios for outdoor seating and dining, a full game room, and every amenity you could want. Sleeps 12+.

The space:
This house is so comfortable, quiet, and has it all! There are 6 smart TV's in the house, 3 work desks, and a high speed mesh network for all of your Internet needs. The family room has a Dolby Atmos sound bar for great movies and music, and the game room is perfect for a kids hangout area with another 65" TV and ping pong table. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there is an outdoor barbeque island and bar which includes a very high end brand new built in barbeque and 4 barstools. There is also an amazing covered patio with an outdoor table that can seat 8. There are 8 lounge chairs on the patio and pool area, 2 huge outdoor lounging couches, as well as 4 pool chairs for everyone to relax. Don't miss out on the half court basketball court to enjoy!

The pool and hot tub are amazing and so relaxing. There is a $50 charge per day for heating the pool. The hot tub will be heated on request for no extra charge.

Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Guest access:
You will have full access to the entire home - inside and out. Enjoy the back patio, the outdoor bar, the barbeque, the amazing pool, the basketball court, the laundry room, and the well stocked kitchen! Laundry soap and dishwashing soap provided.

Other things to note:

This is NOT a party house! The minimum age requirement is 30. This home is in a very private/gated country club. All of the neighbors are full time residents. There is a lot of privacy with this house, but there are strict guidelines to ensure a successful short term rental works here. We want your group to have fun, but need you to be respectful of our neighbors and the community our home is in. Per city requirement, no amplified outdoor music and quiet hours are 10pm-8am for outdoors.

For any deliveries, make sure you direct the drivers to the main gate at the intersection of Adams and Avenue 42.

All parking should be off the street. There are 2 spots in the garage and 4 in the driveway. If you need to park on the street, please park on the north side of the house (towards main gate) next to the green fence where the road is wider. Please do NOT park in front of the house by the mailbox.
