The location couldn't have been better

The location couldn't have been better. The sea front is busy through the day but all bars (at this end) close around 7pm so there isn't any noise on a night. The apartment has everything needed (no hairdryer listed that I could see but one in the bathroom) including a washing machine and washing liquid for one wash, 3 seperate wall heaters (air con units) which were needed in January! Will definitely be booking again possibly in the summer so we can use the swimming pool as the area looked lovely. Nothing.

Convenient apartment at a great location

The location is perfect, on a quite part of the Benidorm boulevard. We arrived by car and it is convenient that the building is accessible by car and that there is a gated parking below the building. The apartment needs renovation, especially the furniture. Small things like: you have to hold the shower with your hand as it can't stand in the holder and other furniture looked dated.

Enjoyed our stay at this property , was very comfortable in a fantastic location right on the beach

Very close to the sea, everything in the apartment was exceptional. Loved it The chairs weren’t very comfy. No blankets in the apartment. The way it was portrayed it looked as if there was a balcony.

Location was excellent right on the beach

Location was excellent right on the beach. A good size apartment. Just a few hundred yards from the strip so was very quite at night Cigarette smoke smell in room. Beds very hard and only 1 pillow. It is an air b+b so had a bit of bother with paying for room.(they had my card details but they said it was declined which was load of c..p) also a bit of bother collecting keys as their office was closed. A lot of phones calls to try and make a payment and 45 min to collect keys finally got sorted

Wij vonden wel dat de huur een beetje aan de hoge was buiten vorige jaardat was ruim €500 duurder

De accommodatie vonden wij netjes,en alles lekker dicht bij zoals het strand, winkeltjes bus en restaurants Ook de beheerder van het appartement was heel aardig wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad en weeral geboekt voor September 2026 Het enige vonden wij een beetje een nadeel dat wij s morgens vroeg rond half 7 alle 2 de bossleutels in moesten leveren... vorige jaar konden wij een bossleutels als wij weggingen in het appartement achter laten dat vonden wij wel fijner

Todo muy limpio, con unas vistas maravillosas y cerquita de supermercados y restaurantes. Con aparcamiento siempre que halla plaza libre en mĂ­ caso siempre habĂ­a, al lado estĂĄ la piscina que estĂĄ muy bien. El portero del edificio muy simpĂĄtico. Por poner una pega el telefonillo de la ducha tenĂ­as que sujetarlo con la mano no se sujetaba en el colgador.

Apartamento genial, zona regular

Muy buena ubicación, super limpio, almohadas de todo tipo y altura, colchones estupendos, con el calor que hace y humedad, el tener la playa a 2 pasos se agradece mucho.La zona mas tranquila de levante, recomiendo que no dejen de visitar el chiringo de al lado, que tiene bombillitas, se come de lujo, y se bebe, de los pocos que no esta enfocado a solo extranjeros Que esa zona de la playa tiene muchisimas rocas,( hace muy molesta la entrada al agua), no lo vi en ninguna reseña, y probablemente en mi caso, por muy bien que esté el apartamanto, hubiera cambiado la ubicacion.
